On the bottom of the tank is a small (possibly 1/2" npt) plug that can be used to connect a small fuel line or completely drain and/or clean the tank. In the top opening, I use a transfer pump. I hope this has been of assistance.
On the side, there is one that is very low and could be used to run a fuel line.
It will work with any lock (combination or key).

It was used to deliver gas to farm vehicles with the help of a crank hand pump and a fuel filter. I have it mounted on a pallet alongside another similar tank that holds diesel fuel. I'm content with myself.
This is where I get my tractor's fuel from. Set it up in the pickup, drive to town to get gas, then return home to refuel the tractor. It's a whole lot easier than dancing with a 5 gallon jug. br>Indeed, it is well worth the money.
It's a lot more convenient than lugging around gas cans.
