A blade with a fat end is about 1/8" thick each, and a blade with a thin end is maybe 2/16", still quite thin, but not so thin that it can bend easily.
You should be able to run that application just fine.
Since I have not used mine yet, but it seems like if you leave the brake pads on you can put this between the two pads and tighten up and pull all 4 pistons at the same time. Just some

For some time I have been on the lookout for something like this. I hate pulling brake pads apart with big screw drivers. This one is compact enough to be used on Harleys, but not too large that it gets Spreader tabs appear to be attached to the unit's body. It will be easier to align the spreader tabs and tack weld them on if it comes apart on me. I will check the body later to see if it is plated brass.
It's a holy The only way I'm going to bleed my brakes from now on is with this! With this method I was able to change my pads, fluid, and MCyl without any issues. Getting the old ones out and putting new ones in was much easier than getting the old ones in. I found that I was able to get the lever feel I wanted from bleeding the brakes by forcing the pistons all the way open over time. The problem persists regardless of how many tips I read on the forums or how many times I attempt to do it. There is ALWAYS something my motorcycle mechanic can do to improve it! I also use the bleeder bag, a Mighty Vac, and some other equipment like that. All that stuff isn't good enough for Eric!.
These tubes have now become a staple in my garage. I use them to bleed front brakes on my It is possible that you have noticed the bleed nipple on many bikes now is part of the inlet As a result, the bleed fluid simply circulates. -When the pistons are compressed back in place (after cleaning - to release their entropy! You can now take the spreaders out and do the normal bleed, the brake fluid will fill in.
A tool was necessary to assist me with some maintenance work I was planning on doing on I could have bought a cheaper option, but after reading the reviews, I decided this was the best. Despite being made from poor quality materials, the tool is extremely well built. It was wonderful to learn there is a difference in thickness between each side. There is a shaved section on one side that makes it easier for smaller calipers to fit. I was only able to access my rear brake caliper from that side, so this was a very handy item. Overall, I am very pleased with it. My girlfriend's bike is the next project I'm working on, and I know it will be successful.
We used the Caliper spreader on our Shiver 750 Aprilia Motorcycle on both front and back Caliper pistons. It was easy to get between the pistons to push back, but we were required to remove the rear wheel to make it It's now cheaper, wish it was cheaper when I purchased it for $70. It seems strong and sturdy, but I have only used it once on front and back pistons, so I'll keep track on how long it lasts. It's high to charge 00 bucks. As far as quality is concerned, I think it is the last factor. While tools spreaders make it much easier to push back pistons, instead of using pliers, you do not get tool marks on the.
This tool is essential to keep the caliper disk firmly in place while working on the shoes or changing them. I would highly recommend this product. For the price, it is a great tool.
Other than that, everything went according to plan.
