Worked fine with a few exceptions

I was not able to get it to work while inside the caliper by putting both sides of the ratcheting lever under pressure with my hand. It sometimes works when it is outside the car and both sides are pressured with hand. Despite the fact that I was holding it with my other hand, it just rose and fell silently up and down. It was my first time using it, and I will have to return it. It worked great on the same caliper as the other one that I got from Mac tools.
