Not as flexible as we would like

Although the ratchet works well, it can be a little stiff when brand new. To ease it into operation, rub a thin coat of penetrating oil on it and fully open it before pulling it out. Except for that, the software works well for the money they are asking.

I did the job I was supposed to do

However, it was a little daunting to use. The threads were extremely tight and up until there was tension on the tool it was difficult to use the racheting part. Otherwise, it worked as intended.
