Yes, it will work great. You will need to measure the depth of the pump pocket to see if your slide will have enough clearance. They make three different pump slides and rotor kits to fit the proper clearance. I have my stators turned at a local machine shop to save money.

If your stator is in good shape, all you have to do is buy pump rotor vein and rings and install them in this new bell housing, and it'll work perfectly. This is the third one I've bought, and I'm a transmission rebuilder, so I can tell you it's a great part, and now you can buy the pump stator at a much lower price than the transmission supply centers.
