I picked up two of these so I could use the factory lines for a TruCool 40k trans cooler. Make sure to locate a 3/8 compression fitting for the installation as well.
I've just installed these transmission line fittings to the radiator transmission fittings they're for transmission lines on the radiator. The fittings work on my 2002 Tahoe with the original radiator I recently switched over to a Spectra radiator and the fittings are the same as with the original. In this case, you will use the fittings on the Transmission cooler lines (passenger side) if you replace your radiator with a Spectra. The part does not fit the Chevy Tahoe even though there is Rockauto available for it. It says so on its website. One of the transmission cooling lines snapped, so I bought these to replace it. My new fitting is thicker and cannot screw in when I took off the old one. The cooling lines are not on these if they fit in the Tahoe 4L60e, that is for sure.
