As of several weeks now, Amazon has sent me another one and it has worked perfectly. It seems to work fine. It took quite a bit of time to get the pieces out of the bellhousing, but now everything is fine, and I can see no damage at all. Due to the damage my flywheel suffered after I purchased a cheaper starter, I purchased this starter. As a result, I purchased a new lightweight flywheel as well. The starter seems to be much better than previous versions. As a result, it turns faster than a factory starter (the cheap starter turned slower). It will be updated in a few months, or if it goes bad for some reason.
