It's likely there is more than one size, so you'll have to check your vehicle to ensure it fits. Here is what I will tell you. I have experienced many problems with the airline staying connected to the bag. We had to modify the bags after the sale.
The answer is yes. 2 wheel drive is the type of car I
Although the tires are not meant to lift the vehicle, I did notice a lift of approximately 1" when tyres were inflated to the minimum pressure, with no loading on the vehicle.

Using a 2005 Durango ltd with a 3. 0 liter turbo, I pull a 31 ft HR Alumascape trailer. The rear is a 92, the three-speed automatic is a three speeds and the motor is We have a Hensley hitch that costs about $3K to install, and it has been a perfect fit. I am at the limit of the load leveling capability when I add a large inverter and two oversized golf cart batteries. It was a precaution that I bought the smaller air lift bags to move the load leveling back a bit to keep flexibility and range in the Hensley adjustments. I purchased this plan because it is inexpensive, guaranteed, and will act as a backstop if my rig runs into any trouble.
" I love it! You can use it to tow a I am able to level my load and hitch and unhitch more easily. Also, it rides better and my SUV rides more like a truck when it needs to or like an SUV when I want it
For the most part, I found this kit to be relatively easy to install. The bags went in easily, but I had some trouble attaching the clamps on the tubing on top of bags, and I'm not sure how stable they are. I found that part the most complicated. Other than that, I found connecting the wires and tuning the unit to be a snap.
Unfortunately, the Air Lift 1000 kit that I received was missing two bags of parts. It was with a lot of anxiety that I called Air Lift and told them about my Assuming I would get the fifth degree and have trouble, I was surprised to find out I did not. I was very surprised to find Coreen to be very nice. The box certainly had the information she was looking for on the label. Because the instructions said that information would be needed, I didn't think it was a big deal. All of the missing parts were sent early the next business day and the kit was installed without any further issues. There is no doubt that Air Lift is the best! It's too early to explain the performance since I've only driven one time around town and without a load. I have not read any negative reviews of it, so I have no reason to doubt that it will.
There was some back and forth between the Firestones and these, but I chose the Firestones on the basis of price. I installed these on an 08 Durango Limited, and the handling has significantly improved. I really planted the tires up front. I had squishy suspension on my D, and the shocks were beyond repair after 60K miles with garbage OEM shocks. I decided to replace the shocks first, which was the starting point of my In addition, I added the air lifts. The improvement has been enormous. A scrap piece of metal was used to build a mounting bracket for the valve, and the installation took about two hours. The spare wheel and rear left wheel had to be removed, but I was able to manipulate the right rear wheel. The plastic fitting on the tee is not my favorite, so I will probably replace it one day with a brass one. The usual way I run them is with 6 The weight of an automobile is 8 pounds for normal driving. I am 22 years old. With the trailer (at 615# tongue weight), the total is 24. The following update has been made The tires have been on towing duty for about 1000 miles with about 28#psi through the winter, spring, and fall. In my bag, I keep 5# whenever I am not towing. Until now, they have been good except for the fact that when I get ready for my next trip, I noticed that the bags are now leaking. It is a very slow leak, but nevertheless, it is leaking. This is causing me some discomfort because I don't want to pull them out because of warranty reasons, but I do need Therefore, I am going to try a new brass fitting and new clamps, to see if I can fix it. Aside from that, they are out.
There was something of a soft feeling to the rear coil suspension that I always felt was unnecessary. They delivered on their promise and I am very happy with my purchase. There did not seem to be an issue with installation as others have reported. This was an easy task. If you fold the billows in the way of a hot dog and slide them in to the coils, it is pretty easy. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who would like their coil spring suspension vehicle to ride a little stiffer. In order to tow, I pumped up the bags to 20 psi. The pressure in my tires is kept at 10 psi when I am driving normally. It is recommended that you use at least 5 psi.
My 2007 Dodge Durango is now equipped with this system. I love how easy it is The whole process took no more than With the trailer, I was able to ride my rig so much better and further. A trailer is not required for it to ride.
It should have been years ago when I put these on. Providing a more stable ride when towing, easy to install, reasonable price, and no need for an extra lift when not necessary. Removed bottom shock bolts, loosened top shock bolt, cut about 8" of air line for tee to valve, cut remaining line in half, and put air lines, clamps, and top isolator spacers on bags before installing. Due to limited space to work with, I read a review with this tip, and I think it would be difficult to install the lines and clamps after installation. Fold over the bag so it looks like a hot dog bun (as the YouTube installation video demonstrates) and attach black bag caps on the line ends to keep them folded up. Ensure that the lift isolator spacers are correctly installed in the upper spring mount holes, put the shocks back in place, remove the jack stands, and lower the jack a little at a time until it is Air lines can be routed and heat shields installed depending on what applications they are being used for.
The balancing device I needed for my Durango to pull my travel trailer perfectly. Normal pressure in my trailer is 5 psi and 25 psi when towing. I had to use two people to install it. It took 90 minutes.
