Apparently this is just the sensor, and it is not the actual camshaft synchronizer itself with the gear, correct? Also, will this fit a 2003 Ford Ranger 3? What does 0 FfV mean?

A synchronizer such as this is placed on top. The sensor is the only thing to replace.

What is the fitment of this one for 2004 Ford rangers without ?
