It works like a charm. Although the colors are identical to the factory colors, the order of the colors was incorrect. Connecting color to color is not a good idea. Make sure you do your homework first. I'm not sure without going back into it, but I think the yellow and red are in reverse.

I installed this in my 2008 Lexus IS250 with no problems. Make sure to verify that the pin locations are correct as the wire colors are different.

The wiring was pulled from the original connector when I attempted to remove the alternator in a I was very happy with the fit and performance of this connector. The shipping process was very fast. It's just a matter of labeling your wiring.

Wires in the black and yellow color groups are reversed.
