Despite the length of the cable on my boat trailer, it barely reached the round connector on my 4-in-1 Under the bumper, on the left, you will find the runner. There was an issue with the cable, but this stretchy one solved it. Appearance is true to size and is more substantial than the picture implies. The trailer cable has now been wrapped around the trailer's winch post, and the cable connections on the trailer are lightly stretched all the way to the connectors on my 4-frame. The runner.
The connector on my Ranger Trail trailer was directly replaced by this part. You just need to connect this in its place after disconnecting the old one. We tightened it up with the old hardware and we were ready to go.
It is well worth the price. Wire coils in a coil so they do not drag, but still give you the extra length you need to turn a trailer in tight spots.
Through the cable, it works, but it does not operate the trailer brakes. We do not know whether the problem is with the cable or trailer, so take this information with a grain of salt.
It was an easy plug and play match for my boat. A chocolate lab of mine, who is eight months old, chewed mine up.
The quality is excellent, as you would expect from a Reese product. Heavy gauge, plenty of stretch, and good.
