My old power probe was still working until the resettable breaker stopped working, then I bought this new one. This is an excellent product. I bought one over twenty years ago and it has worked well until I bought this new one. In any case, this time I got the bigger kit with some nice features, and I do believe this should be in every man's toolkit, especially when it comes to working on trailers, cars and stereos.

Having this tool has always been on my wishlist. The reason I waited so long to get it is a mystery to me. It has already helped me troubleshoot several electrical problems since I have had it for a couple of weeks. It would have been nice if I had received it earlier. Every single thing I do on my cars is by myself and I am always ready to help a friend. The volt meter readout not only shows what the battery is doing, but also any DC voltage present. It has a very nice design, the build quality is worth it, and the price is fair. The TPS diagnostic tool helped me figure out what was wrong. . Read from to I would prefer 7 over 0. This shouldn't be the case. Since the multimeter is already in the vehicle, there is no need to break it out. It is great to be able to determine positive from ground without having to use a Thus far in my garage, my favorite tool has been the circular saw. It wasn't necessary to order the extra extension for it. As a result, I will keep it because I work on RVs and sometimes an extra 30' is needed but for now 40' will be plenty, since I can go to 60 feet. To test how things work, you can power them up using it. From my point of view, it is worth the investment. Packaging is not very good as far as shipping is concerned. The item was not packed in a box and was delivered loose to me. However, the power probe seemed to be working fine despite the damage to the box.
