I don't see why it wouldn't work because the kit includes several different sized dies.
I used mine to remove my ls seals, and it should work fine for yours as well; simply grab the seal with the pliers/puller and tug.
This kit includes a variety of attachments and is likely to include the one you require. br>I tried it out on a pair of GM 3400 heads and it worked perfectly. It is something that I would suggest. It all comes down to having the right tool for the job.

The valve seal pliers were the only reason I bought it. To keep the bores safe, I wrapped duct tape around the outsides of the jaws. The pliers are fantastic! They're incredibly powerful, and they ripped the valve seals out of my DOHC 7mgte like no one's business. I'm sure the installers would work fine, but they're too shallow to work with the valves in the head. So it's a deepwell of 11mm and 12 points. br>Just for the pliers, I'd buy it again.
A better surface finish on the tools in the kit will benefit them. It's possible that your new seals will be damaged if things stay the same. This explains why the star has vanished. A little sandpaper work will smooth out the roughness and prevent the seals from being damaged. br>Wrap the plier's jaws with a rag when removing the old seals to avoid damaging the head if the seal is stuck and the plier "snaps" and hits the valve spring cavity walls.
My valves were extracted and installed with the help of a spring compressor. In a blow molded case, it includes a set of pin punches and a pair of curved jawed pliers. I could have saved some money by buying a punch set instead, but this kit worked.
The pliers were fantastic at extracting the 35-year-old seals. repairing a Suzuki GS1100G (8 valve) from 1983. The pliers were fantastic for removing the 35-year-old seals; simply spin the seal and pullbr>Getting new seals in is a little fiddly, but it would have been a lot more difficult without the little installer tools included in this kit. br>Excellent value, certainly less expensive than causing damage to the valve guides or the head.
I began looking for something to help me cope with my situation. I completed the remaining 13 in under ten minutes!.
The threaded rod was only partially stripped when it arrived. It was difficult to spin the 5mm end on, and metal shavings came out as a result. Although it still functions, it is inconvenient for a new product.
