There is no adjustment screw for the mixture
3/5

The carb was purchased last month in order to repair/replace the old one on my John Deere LT155 The cons are See the pictures closely on the side of the carburetor opposite to the fuel inlet, there is a freeze plug, but on my original carb, this fitting is a fuel mixture screw. Due to the lack of this adjustment, the carb runs all out open unless I keep the throttle down as low as possible on turtle setting, in which case I have to operate the mower with great care so that it does not stall or run to fast. Plastic insert for the carb throttle linkage does not come with the kit, so you'll want to keep your old items. The pros are Using Prime, I received my item fast and free in Alaska for a total cost of $16. 40 With a price tag of 17 bucks, this carb bolted right on , started up right away. My old carb wouldn't go at all, so for the price it's OK to troubleshoot Keeping the throttle turned up to a very low speed, I can use this to cut my lawn. It seems there aren't any other choices on Amazon that come with the mixture adjustment screw. Is it possible that other engines will also run fine?.

There is a problem with the carburetor
3/5

It appears to be very thin and flimsy, as the gaskets were pretty thin. The carb was checked out to make sure it was working properly. Everything was fine. Despite installing the carburetor, the engine won't start. Double checked fuel and everything appears to be okay. The car started back up last night, but it struggled to stay running. It was making a lot of black smoke, one of the signs that too much fuel was being used. No problem. I checked the float to make sure it wasn't stuck open and once again tried, same problem. After I cleaned my old one, I reinstalled it, and it now works like a charm. I do not recommend this!.

This carburetor was once part of a Kohler engine on a John Deere L110
5/5

The product was delivered promptly, and it was in good condition upon receiving the mail. Flow of gasoline to the carburetor is no longer controlled by a solenoid in the carburetor bowl. Yet it does not seem to have any effect. On an uneven ground, however, fuel flow could be affected by the absence of solenoid control, since the fuel flow can easily flood. In the case of a stall, I must wait for about 15 minutes for the flooding carb As soon as it starts, it will begin.

It worked almost as well as OEM at about ten times the cost
4/5

It fit right up, didn't have many problems, and worked virtually as well as OEM. Despite the fact that the John Deere LT155 I mounted it on seemed to have a bit of trouble getting started, like it wasn't getting fuel as easily as it should, it seems to do the job pretty well and The seller is a good seller, and I would purchase from him again if I needed the same.

I am satisfied with the results
5/5

There was one adjustment screw missing from this part, so it wasn't an exact fit for my John Deere. I have yet to use that adjustment screw and it appears not to be very crucial. This new part has worked well for my tractor. I have only had to adjust the fuel/air mixture a little, but that's nothing unusual.

A power gap exists between the engine and the driveline
3/5

For the Kohler CV15, I bought this. Although the engine starts fine and fits well, I do not seem to be able to get the full force out of the engine. In contrast to the original Walbro carburetor, which had a second adjustment, there is only one idle adjustment here.

I received an immediate start from the LT155
5/5

We've had an LT155 parked behind our garage for 10 years now The garden was completely neglected and had all the elements thrown at it. A few weeks ago, we had to drag it into the garage to see if we could start it while in quarantine. The piston had to be replaced and the fuel lines and carb were clogged. To make a long story short, I bought this new carb when the old one couldn't be salvaged. I was able to have the lawn mower running in no time, it started right up, it required some adjusting after it warmed up, and now it works.

Buying junk is a waste of money! It is the second video of this season
3/5

The tank is always flushed new lines are installed, and a new filter is installed every time. The gas is continuously flowing out. Then take the bowl off and fiddle with the float for 15 minutes and repeat. The 3rd replacement was to be received soon and I was going to try the device But I have done small engine repair for 32 years and this is junk and I can't get customer service to reply to my inquiry about a replacement. The carb should be from last season, not from hours prior.
