This did not clear my engine light or solve my problem, so I had to purchase the other valve, which cost about $100 more but worked.

This part fit correctly on my 2006 Impall SS but failed after less than three weeks and 700 miles

The check engine light illuminated, indicating a large leak in the evap system code. I bought and replaced it with the same part, but this time it was an AC Delco unit, and I haven't had any problems since.

After four months, the project was declared unsuccessful

Installed in May 2019 and cleared codes for 4 months before starting to receive check engine codes again. To replace it, I removed the valve. and discovered that it had become stuck open. did not last for four months.

It's extremely easy to set up. Removed the cover on top of the engine, which was located on the right front side of the engine, and installed it in less than 20 minutes.

Very cheap plastic, not a perfect fit. There isn't a single resemblance to the real thing. If nothing else works, you'll have to go back to the original bracket. It is not possible to install complete garbage. It is preferable to use original equipment.
