It's part#994 that you need
Having just installed this on a Ford Edge 4 cly, I saw how reliable it is. There were some similarities in the parts I found saying I was looking for the wrong part but I had to design a modified version, but even someone who had no experience could do As a result, I was no longer experiencing my P1450 check engine light.
There is a purge valve and a gas vapor harness here.
We're sorry, but no.

The issue is It won't turn over after you fill up the fuel tank. *Ford Dealership part cost Roughly $125
The hoses on this part are not correct for this model. I only needed the solenoid itself, not the entire tank of 5 liters. With the help of a heat gun, I heated the tube to remove it from the solenoid and put it on the old tubes. Since it has been filled, the car runs as it should, and it starts right away.
The P1450 code was assigned to 0 of those. In most cases, the failure of the purge valve solenoid is to blame. To fix this issue I just needed a standalone purge valve solenoid, not a hose assembly, due to the fact that you can not find the standalone solenoid. Look up this part for this particular make and model In case 0), the results will include a design that is not actually featured on our I'm not sure why this is the case. be aware that this part Dorman 911- or other parts houses will tell you that it is for a Dorman 911 The 775 is not a good fit for This is technically true, but if you're like me and only need the purge valve solenoid, you can modify this part so that it works. Please refer to my photo for details regarding how to connect. This is an easy and cheap way to clean your house. The check engine light came on by itself after driving the car for probably 20 miles on 3/4 short trips. The part is of high quality.
It's a 16 Ford Fusion Titanium Ecoboost with a P1450 code. Seems the fuel cap is screaming on the right side of the vehicle. I resolved my problem with this, as well as getting a code clear from my OBD2 reader. 2 stars for ease of install, but that is not due to the product itself but rather to the Ford OEM unit being a total pain in the neck to remove. Video tutorials are available that will show you how to change and remove it. If you have large hands, it is difficult to get rid of the larger connecter at the bottom of the front of the engine. Having to cut the old hoses and such to get it to a point where I could unclip it was not an easy task. This product has much easier connectors, so it is easier to work with.
My daughter's 2015 Ford Fusion 2 will have this license plate. This is 0. Compared with the OEM big hose, this is a far better product due to the fact that the clip is not only difficult to get to on the OEM but also upside down and behind the clip holder. The part of the clip you pry off of this Dorman part faces the front of the car and was the part that fixed the purge valve problem.
Although the material quality looks great, the installation was less than satisfying. Not their fault that Ford decided a piece of equipment that would fail every 50K is very difficult to replace, but unfortunately Doorman could not fix the connector issue. It will be easy to uninstall in the future with a simple 180 degree flip of the connector. The owner hopes I will not have to replace this.
That part is what I need for the evap code I was trying to get. Normally, assembling this part requires some patience because the sensors are positioned in areas that are very difficult to get to. In case of a DIY project, make sure to look at a diagram so you know where they go. I took about 45 minutes to install as it took me a long time to unclip the last sensor.
I had a hard time installing that. I didn't have a lot of fun installing this, and I ripped my hands up in the process, but I was able to unplug the connector and reinstall it in the end. Clearly, this is not the fault of the product since it works as a direct replacement perfectly. This is a great option if you're looking to save a bit of money and get a little DIY satisfaction at the same time.
The lines fixed the check engine light as they did the job, and installation was very straightforward once the old lines were removed. With a pick, you must be able to squeeze into a tight position and pull out some of the locking clips on the OEM lines to remove them. Perhaps cutting old lines would make it easier to rotate the ends so that the locking mechanism can be accessed more easily.
