i need some one to help me. i tried to get the FORM hummer, but the notes did not make sense. What is this valve? It must be used along with the bracket 12579283. ?

Also, to clarify, I purchased this part for my 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ, not for Over the years, I have purchased many parts for both of these.

This part is for a Chevy Sonic, is it correct?

I think so, if it has six. The engine has a 2 L displacement.

If the part does not fit, what should I do?

Replacing it with the correct one requires that you put it back in its original packaging.

Cobalt SS keeps shutting off when I put gas in it after tying it on. I was told by a mechanic that if I do this it will fix it so it won't shut down anymore?

I purchased this part because my vehicle had a code that indicated it needed to be replaced. It fit perfectly and worked just fine. This vehicle passed its smog test after the code was removed.

In pulling the codes, I noted P0496, and researching it online revealed that this part is often the problem. The code has not returned for more than two months now, since we changed it out. Those working on the same truck will also be able to swap this by removing the driver side tire along with the inner fender liner, then opening the opening and doing everything that way. The best way to do this is with a good wobble socket, extensions, and a It turned out to be fine and the replacement part was installed reliably. Also, locating the part itself on the vehicle was a little tricky, it's hard to see from the top or bottom, but it's right beneath the intake and bolted to the engine side.

It's easy to replace! Replace a classic with a replacement that's OEM quality at a fraction of the dealer cost. Please do not follow the figment guide. Even though I knew the product would fit my car based on the fact other website and dealer had confirmed it, the seller insisted it wouldn't. The brake booster can be replaced from the topside if you remove the vacuum line and move it out of the way. If the vacuum line is removed and moved out of the way, you simply need not go It is necessary to remove the wiring harness and the rear vacuum line first. One way to do this is to gently wiggle the retaining tab that holds the sensor to the bracket so that it is loose enough for removal. You will need another bracket if you damage the tab as the new cable won't snap into place, and the cord will not lock into place if you break it. (You may be able to bend it back into that the bracket has been unbolted, you can remove it. The tab will allow you to remove the front vacuum line once you have slid the solenoid slightly. Just as you removed the previous solenoid, yank the new solenoid out of the bracket, and install it in the reverse order as you removed the old one. Be sure to connect your brake booster vacuum line to the brake pedal once you are finished. You can scan your code to check if it needs to be cleared.

This 2007 Tahoe LTZ is the perfect vehicle for all occasions The Purge Valve of the Vapor Canister is being replaced
5/5

Here are the details of the trouble code The P0455. The following AC DELCO part number is for A 214-A Please rephrase Place in reverse order, paying attention to the fact that the engine manifold hose connector to the purging valve must be installed before the purging valve is mounted onto its bracket. If this does not happen, there is insufficient clearance to connect the hose to the purge valve due to the interference with the back of the alternator. The original plastic hose near the purge valve end of the engine manifold had become brittle and had cracked therefore, the original hose needed to be replaced My hose was a 9/32" rubber wiper/emissions hose that I bought at AUTOZONE and cut to length and stretched over the lubricated connector fittings. It is likely that a size 5/16" emissions hose is a suitable alternative since it was a considerable stretch to get the hose over the connector ends. Also, you may want to release the clamp that is holding down the large wiring harness that interferes with access to the purge valve. I wish you the best of luck.

You get quality for your money
5/5

One of those parts that you may change only to find that it does not solve the problem. It is important that you understand the EPA's emission regulations. The best method of diagnosing a real problem is with a nice OBD2 scanner. It was the quality of the part that was causing the issue in my case

Other issues could include A plugged charcoal canister, a plugged vent or evap line, or a cracked vent or evap line can prevent the fuel system from holding pressure. YouTube has great videos with explanations. You can diagnose this issue, although it may be a little more complex than others.

However, part does not need to be used
5/5

Although I didn't need this part, it is already installed and doing its job, so I don't expect to need it again in the future. In my 2007 Escalade, I was getting an 0449 code for the purge valve. The remote start function will not work in such a cold climate so Midwest winters are a no-go. I have a long story to tell. I replaced the solenoid on the purge valve in November after getting the code the old one was faulty. After repairing the solenoid, the error code remained for a short while, but then appeared again. Having missed a month of remote starting again, I found some time to look again below and find out what's happening. Unfortunately, the replacement solenoid didn't work either, so I ended up replacing it. The warranty for the part was lifetime, which means I'm no longer down and out, even though I regretfully fell victim to the mentality of 'throw pieces at it until it's good again. ' I'm alive and well again thanks to O'Rielly auto. Before buying the part, I should have done a little more research, but I didn't think a 4 month old part would fail this The benefits of living in the United States are astounding, especially when you consider all the amazing parts manufactured in China. Quality parts and service do not matter as much as a large company bottom line.

This is a 5 star review

Therefore, after refueling my 2007 Chevy suburban, I was unable to start it. Upon looking into it, it appears to be a vacuum component on the motor that needs to be replaced. There's nothing like ACDelco on 2000 and newer Chevys, so I've got some of that. The part only took me 15 minutes to install, and there were no tools needed. I drove up and filled my truck with fuel, and it started first time. Thanks ACDelco and Amazon for offering such a benign place for the average person. I also want to thank YouTube for the great tutorials.
