Mishimoto MMOC-350Z-03BK Oil Cooler Kit Compatible With Nissan 350Z 2003-2009/ Infiniti G35 2003-2007 (Coupe only) Black

As far as I can tell, there is no direct relationship here. None of the instructions were provided in the box. An instruction video is available on their website but all the paper says is to view it. There are about 7 years between the video and the current one. No idea what car was used, however my 2003 350z did not have the holes drilled in the video. I had to drill my own holes, and then I had to cut into the bumper more to be able to have space to hold the nuts to install Additionally, I had to provide my own nuts to mount the bracket because there were missing ones. Although I wouldn't normally complain about having to make a few extra steps to make something work (and I wouldn't even leave a review on Amazon), I expected to get what I paid for at almost $400 for a "direct fit" kit. It doesn't matter how well this thing performs at this point. The problems with installation and the parts missing already give it a 2 star rating. In my opinion, I could have built an oil cooler for half the price and had a better time installing it than when I bought it. This is honestly the first time I have seen a similar review on this site. It would definitely be wise to look into alternatives if you are reading this and considering it for your G/Z. I was able to align one hole with the bracket by following the video guide. It was about 3 inches from even touching the bracket that the next hole would be nearby. At this price, you won't get much value for your money. I recommend something like this if you are okay with doing a little extra drilling and cutting. Additionally, if you follow their video and mount the cooler correctly, the "M" for Mishimoto is upside down. There is an option of mounting the M upside down or turning it away so no logo is visible.

Although I am a novice, I possess mechanical skills, and the parts are easy to install and logically constructed. Among other things, I purchased the radiator and thermostat from them, along with the oil catch can, and I will be adding an oil cooler in order to enhance the performance of my engine. The race shops and service advisors I've consulted about Mishimoto products have all said nothing but high praise and quality comes with a price.

It works great and keeps the temperature down. I wish I had put it on months ago when I first got to it, but once I got it up and running, it was easy as pie to put on. I would recommend it 11/10.

The Z should be available to every person who lives in a warm area. My only issue was that the hoses were about 6 inches too long. I would have liked to have seen how the item worked before I bought it.

It was a 5 star product for me. I like how it cools my engine oil and is easy to install. A digital camera is a great investment. Unlike a Christmas present, this package was bundled up like it was a gift.

Buying this would be a good choice for any owner of a 350z. Cools the car off a lot and gives it a nice look Install took no more than 2 hours for a direct fit.
