It is the perfect OEM cap to go with my 2013 Silverado E85
5/5

The Amazon fitment tool is not an accurate representation. Originally my fuel cap was marked with this part number. If you have a fuel cap with a 20962524 code, this is the one you need. The fuel cap is an original GM-ACDELCO part. * I had no longer heard the clicking sound my old fuel cap made. Caps do that with the new one.

Money is precious, don't waste it! My original fuel cap on my 2012 Yukon Denali randomly happened to stop staying clicked, so I decided to get this replacement cap
3/5

It came on with the check engine light As with the previous cap, this one did not stay sealed for a long period after installation. Having read other customer reviews of the same product on Amazon, I decided to purchase a $6 fuel cap, which gives multiple clicks and fixes the check engine light. It would be great if I could return this and get my money back, but I don't think it can be returned because it has been used.

A fix has been made for the engine light! When I did a little research online, it turned out that the gas cap is usually the culprit behind the engine light coming on in my 2013 Chevy Tahoe LT
5/5

Using more research on the internet, I discovered that this is the correct part (make sure you check the website of the auto manufacturer as well). The old one is out and the new one is The engine light has been turned I love it!.

Fits up to 2010 GMC Sierra, but does not fit older models
3/5

I've read on the website that this gas cap fits my 2010 GMC Sierra, but it doesn't Evap was a painful experience for me. This is usually a code saying I had a leak (most commonly from The cap does not seem to have changed since I bought it. Since I assumed the new gas cap wasn't the problem, I decided to try a few other small improvements. At some point, I took my truck to a shop, and they told me they did not have that cap for it. We were able to resolve this issue by replacing the.

This is disappointing! My car's fuel system was leaky, causing its "Check gas cap" light to come on, and I bought this to fix the leak
3/5

Unfortunately, the new cap leaked worse than the old one. made the mistake of paying for a check for the leak, only to find out that it was this new cap that was causing it. So, I will just lose the money since I cannot return it now.

Served on the Suburban 2012 committee but did not work for it
3/5

After using it for a few weeks, I checked the engine and a code for low evap (I can't remember what it was). Replacing it with a #3 cap from Wal-Mart, and the light is now illuminated and no code is required. Since then, everything has worked fine. A return date passed, but it was too late to return.

Everything worked as it should
5/5

It was the gas cap that caused my engine light to go on. I replaced it and the problem has been I bought it for my 2012 Cadillac Escalade and it fits perfectly. I recommend it.

It works, but the tether is a pain
3/5

11 months have passed since this replacement was installed. Having broken our tether strap on our 2014 Suburban, bought this to replace it. Although you need to buy the cap in order to get the tether strap as well, it works well and will save me from having to replace anything else in the future.
