As a result of the reviews, I took a chance and informed myself that some trimming was required. with no modification to the new shroud, I was able to install it. There was a lot of pressure on my back. Although it did not take much strength to slide the bleeder screw under the shroud to insert the expansion tank, getting it in place was a bit difficult. In addition to this, it was so difficult to fit the locking clip around the bleeder screw because it was so tight. I did, however, manage to put it on as seen in the picture. The clip-in portion of the original shroud is what broke, so from experience I can tell you that the harder plastic this Topaz is made of should last forever (since I just broke my original shroud which was 20 years old) unless it becomes brittle over time. There is still time to find out. This is a great product but it does not fit easily and requires a bit of.

I liked the fit of the garment. The only exception is the opening for the small hose on the top of the Despite trying to install the reservoir bottle, it did not go in. Upon investigation, it was determined that the slot for the hose was too small, so the bottle had to be forcefully lifted up. There should be enough clearance under the fan shroud lip to prevent the top of the bottle from slipping off. Die grinder was used to open the slot a bit. It just fit like a glove. The fan shroud does not fit perfectly but I am very satisfied with the quality and fit.

There is an issue with the fit, I cannot mount the coolant bottle and the mounting point does not line up. The thickness of the original plastic has been left out of the mold, which makes it unusable. It's like someone took a mold of an OEM part and failed to adjust for the thickness of the plastic. pulled it up with a zip tie so it would stay in place. I can't return it since I've had it for more than a month.

Some clips were missing but I was still able to install it and it fits perfectly, so it saved me a lot of time on a return. Thanks a lot.

It's a bit thin but it works just fine and you must be careful with the big hook that holds the coolant line it can break easily.

The brand said Topaz, but in fact, it is a different brand. The material seems to be good. The system seems to be working well. The tank almost fit perfectly. There was some trimming to do so the reservoir would meet the mounting points.
