Questions & Answers
Always check your vehicle's owner's manual; mine specifies 75W85 for the front and rear tires. 6 quarts for the front of the house and 2 quarts for the back. 8 in the back with a rear locker Only Toyota 75W fluid is required for the transfer case.
The color is golden.
Check your owner's manual and follow the instructions. A GL rating and a viscosity rating are usually included. Base oils and modifiers would both be included in the GL rating.

Perfect for a Toyota Tacoma Rear Differential from the third generation. Before buying the "75w85 GL-" I went to the stealership. They wanted $83 per quart for a 5" Toyota brand!! In Los Angeles, to be precise. And I politely declined. This was also bought. It's good stuff, and the back has a Toyota part. Look no further if you own a Tacoma.
The oil is very clean. If I don't update you, you can assume that this is a good oil. My 2wd Tundra's rear differential was perfectly filled with this product.
This is what I used in the front and rear differentials of my Mercedes GL450. So far, the gear whine has decreased, but there wasn't much to begin with. It also appears to be moving more smoothly. So far, I've only put about 1000 miles on the fluid. The only way to know how long it will last is to wait and see.
There were no issues.
I purchased this item to replace the oil in my rear differential gear. The container arrived in good condition. I won't be able to evaluate the performance until I have completed my next gear oil change.
The package arrived in good condition, with no damage or leaks. I have a number of Toyota 4x4s. On all of them, the Redline is being used in the front and rear diffs.
My 16 tundra diffs are in compliance with factory specifications.
After the oil change with Mobile1, I felt vibrations from the transfer case. The transfer case works properly after being drained and refilled with Red Line.
