It was not clear as to how to put them on, but they were pretty straight forward. All the bolts and mounting brackets fit perfectly and I have already put 200 miles on them. I am extremely pleased with my They're well worth the price you pay for them. Although the quality of the images is not as good as that of HD ones, it isn't far behind. My arms hardly flex when direct pressure is applied to them. I weigh 170 pounds. I have only one problem with it, and that is the gear shift lever shakes a little when it is idling. As a whole, I give these a 5 out of 5 and would buy them.

I like the fit and the functionality of this product. There are a lot of bad reviews. It's easy to use these controls. The installation was slow, but I did my best to get them right. If you want to put the controls together first before bolting them to the bike, I suggest you put them together first. I am 5'8" tall and I feel very comfortable on the bike. My knees are bent, and I do not feel like I have to stretch to reach You shouldn't have to apply nearly as much pressure to the brake pedal as you would with Harley controls. Since the metal is lighter in weight than the Harley controls, it should be okay. According to my opinion, these will not break. For $120, this is a great alternative to actual HD controls, which typically cost $400.

Installation is easy, but instructions are crappy. The instructions were awful, so I wasn't able to set up the controls. When I put weight on the foot pegs, I noticed that they were flexing slightly. Remember that I'm not a big person, at 5 ft 7in and 140 lbs, so a bigger person is more likely to experience more flex or a break if there is additional I was able to ride the bikes without any problems after I installed them. However, the shifter adjustment rod was kind of irritating to me. Normally, when you twist an adjustment rod both sides should come out of it and both sides should go in, however, this is not the case here. When you want to adjust the shifter positioning, you must take one side out and then the other, so it is vital that you do that if you want it to.

Because I did not want to spend $500 for OEM parts, these were what I ordered. In a very timely manner, I received them. In addition, I installed the brakes first and failed to make sure that all an important part was in the package, so I found out that the clutch was missing. Due to my inability to complete the setup, I had to take the mid controls back off again. In the event that you aren't mechanically inclined, the instructions will not be helpful. As your current controls are assembled the same way, you can use them as a reference. Once I have resolved my issue, I will update my review.

Replace the mid controls on an Iron 1200 Sportster with this great replacement. All went smoothly during the installation, which took about an hour and a half. These are a good alternative to $500 HD if you are on a tight budget. Andre

Not as easy to install as it should be. There are parts that are not working. Despite its ability to be installed with some craftsmanship and fabrication, we believe that this product is potentially dangerous and is a waste of time. As a result, the bolt that locks the brake pedal into the extended rod isn't long enough, so it is insecure and potentially dangerous when riding. As a result, some bolt holes are painted on the inside, making it extremely difficult to install a bolt. A half hour ago, I began to doubt that the threads were the right size until I decided to force them through the paint. It's worth the extra cash to invest in the real forward controls so you can avoid a lot of frustration.

It's worth mentioning that I emailed the seller with my order to verify the set before shipping for the misaligned holes on the brake side. The seller assured me that this problem has been corrected for the specific batch.

I receive the parts within 3 days. It is there that the problem lies. The process for eliminating defects begins when you find one, you sort 100% of the defective items out of inventory so that all issues can be resolved. Sadly, the seller will probably not care about that. Rather than buying cheap parts, I am returning the junk and buying OEM parts instead. Take a break and find somewhere else to spend your time.

As soon as I received this merchandise, I was happy, however, the wrong part for the right side was sent to me. I contacted the manufacturer and they promised to send me a new part. Well that has been a month now and I still haven't received my new part. The manufacturer told me that I installed it backwards in an email I just received. Since there is only one way to fit that, it doesn't make any sense. I cannot lock my right side peg because there is no locking pin and no pin hole. The object spins and flips upside down at the same time. It is very dangerous to ride a motorcycle. A kit such as this is not recommended. There is nothing good about the customer service provided by this company.
