This was purchased for my short-box 2017 F350. Box measures 6 3/4 feet long by 6 3/4 feet wide by 6 3/4 feet tall by 6 3/4 feet wide It is a perfect fit.
As far as I can tell, that's a number of six. It should be 5 feet for the bed size. Because I have an 8-foot bed, it will not work on mine. It has a very attractive cover.
Yes, my F350 is almost completely waterproof. br>Indeed, it is well worth the money.
No, it won't fit on the truck's rack.

It does a good job. F- (new) F- (used) With a crew cab and a long bed, the 250 Superduty is a powerful truck. However, leaving the bed uncovered exposed anything in it to the risk of theft as well as the elements. I did a lot of research and comparing and found that the Tyger had the best balance of quality, fit, product support, and ease of installation. Everything turned out to be correct. It took me about 20 minutes to complete the installation because I took my time and made sure the clamps were evenly spaced. I've had the cover on for about three months and find it to be very user-friendly.
I suppose it's a good deal for the price. It's adequate, but not exceptional. I understand the purpose of the bowed bars in keeping the rain off, but unrolling them is difficult because they don't always want to sit upright. To get them to lay down properly, you may need to walk to one side or the other. I've tweaked them a few times, and they're still working fine until the weather changes. My previous truck's cover had straight round tubes for supports, which worked flawlessly every time with no effort, and I never had a problem with them sagging or filling with water. Another thing I noticed is that the support bars are held to the cover by very thin material, so you must be very gentle with it when rolling and unrolling because they appear to rip off in an instant with very little effort, especially if the support bars get caught between the side rails while rolling it up. This hasn't happened yet, but I've taken extra precautions. I'm sure it'll only be a matter of time before they're taken advantage of by someone else who isn't paying attention. br>I prefer the latching mechanism and adjustments on this one to those on my previous one. I wish there was a way to bring the two together. br>If I had to do it all over again, I'd probably spend a little more money on something else. There weren't many options that would fit my truck (a 2003 Ford F350 with an 8-foot bed), so I took a chance on this one. Again, for the price, it's a good cover, but not one that makes you say "wow. ".
I was both surprised and delighted. To learn more, keep reading. The cover is fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised. To learn more, keep reading. My truck is a 2006 Ford F350 - This truck's Long Bed Crew Cab and accessories are usually quite costly. This cover was recommended to me by my son. He has a friend who purchased one for his Ford F-150 pickup truck. It's a 150 Long Bed that I highly recommend. I'd been wanting a truck bed cover for a long time but couldn't justify spending a thousand dollars or more, so I was wary of anything under $250. 00, but I thought it was worth a shot. WOW! It took less than fifteen (15) minutes to install the cover. It looks good, functions well, and has so far proven to be weather resistant (despite several heavy downpours). When I looked at this cover, I was astounded by the level of engineering that had gone into it. It's a very clever and well-thought-out design.
This is the second time we've done a three-part series. Tyger provided me with a fold cover. My previous purchase, for a 2016 GMC Canyon shortbed, was of the same style. These are an excellent substitute for the big-name brands. My other cover has withstood 6 inches of snow (and sometimes more) as well as numerous trips through drive-through car washes. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the tailgate clamps aren't spring loaded like the name brands'. After unscrewing it to the length of your bed rail, you must actually fold it over. The issue with this design is that if you're not paying attention, it creates a pinch point for your hand. Aside from that minor issue, I've caught myself doing it several times in the last year, leaving a nice small cut or bruise on a finger or side of my hand; however, these covers are well worth every penny. br>br>Tip for installing: If your bed top is not completely even, as it is on most trucks, due to the plastic caps on the rails and tailgate but not the front of the bed, you can fill the gap between the cover and the top of your bed front with the provided tailgate seal. Then, to create a watertight seal, purchase a nicer tailgate seal that resembles a door jam seal. Because my tailgate cap is missing, you can kind of see what this gap would look like in my photo; imagine it at the front of the bed.
So far, this has been a great top, but it's starting to fall apart! When I ordered my top, I received three damaged tops in the mail before receiving the one I have now. The fitment is decent, but the rubber seals are starting to fall off, and the Latches that hold the top down are starting to slip, which means that when you push the lever handle down, the threaded metal rod slips out of the plastic handle and no longer pulls the top down onto the bed rails, but overall, this has been a great top for the past two years. I just wish the latches were better designed; instead of being part plastic and part metal, they should be all metal to prevent the metal threaded rods from pulling out of the plastic threaded handles.
I agree completely; I was a little concerned about how inexpensive it was. However, I was immediately put at ease when I saw how well it was packaged and how good the instructions were (these are usually the first things to be cut, and I've never had a bad product with good instructions and packaging lol). The installation was simple, and everything fit together perfectly. It's a perfect match for my truck. br> The only minor issue I've noticed is that when rolling it out, the ribs don't always fall perfectly between the tracks, and you have to jimmy them a little. This is due to the fact that a soft cover, rather than a rigid one, is used. Climbing into the bed and unrolling the cover from the center is another way to avoid this.
