Questions & Answers
My tires are 33" in diameter and have a 3.0 psi. 5" lift. The product is only marginally functional. With your setup, I'm guessing you'll be able to get your tire off the ground in no time. However, if you have a small piece of wood, perhaps an inch thick, to slip under it, it will work. That's how I got the jack to stop fully extending.
It will, in fact.
As long as it has a scissor jack, ask.
There is no mystery here. The factory jack can't handle a 3" lift kit on a JK. The booster allows it to function properly and fits snugly in the JK jack compartment.

So I put it off for a while, but when I needed it, my buddy was with me and had one. It was a huge success. The stock/standard jack that came with my Jeep fits on top of this and has a solid platform, so it's safe. My score is a two. I can still use my standard jack with a 5" lift and 35" tires. The bright orange color is the only thing that bothers me. I understand it's a safety item, and they're usually bright orange, but I'm not a fan. I frequently drive around with the top and doors off because I own a Jeep in the summer. The only place I can put it is under the backseat, and the safety orange contrasts a little too much with my dark interior. I'm hoping it doesn't get stolen from under my seat or any other unsecured location. I'd like to see a black version as well.
I recently added a 2 to my collection. To my jeep, I added a 5 inch lift kit and 35-inch tires (including the spare). I wanted the spare for those "just in case" moments, but I didn't consider that the jeep's "stock" jack would never be large enough. I came across this and thought it was ideal because I didn't want to spend the money on a larger jack for my Jeep. This allows me to store the subwoofer underneath the driver's seat (in the 2025 Jeep, the subwoofer is in the cargo area's center). This provides me with peace of mind in the event that I need to use the backup. I can still change the tire with the stock jack; I haven't used it yet, but it appears to be very sturdy.
jacks are lifted! I just got my AEV Jack Base this morning and put it in the back of my Jeep. First and foremost, I'd like to express my gratitude for the speed with which this item was delivered. I ordered this two days ago and it arrived today; there was no delay in getting this thing out the door. This base is an excellent substitute for a Hi-Fidelity base. Jack, you must be lifted Hi- Lifts are fantastic, but their small footprint renders them nearly useless when used on a soft surface. Another benefit of having a high-definition television is that it allows you to watch movies in high definition. A lift is a bracket that attaches to the jeep and allows it to be mounted in (or on) the vehicle. not to mention the sound of the handle clattering against the support bar The AEV Jack base is the less expensive option, as it makes use of the existing Jack in the jeep.
It's well-designed to fit the stock Jeep jack, which I like. I put it to the test and had no trouble raising my 2014 JKU with a 3" lift and 315s. I'm not sure why some people have said it won't fit their Jeep (even if it's stock height). I'm guessing they didn't put the jack in the right place according to the instructions. If you want peace of mind and the ability to change a flat bit, a hi-tech system is not for you. This item is for you, Jack.
I received a 2 recently. My Jeep had a 5 inch lift and my scissor lift jack was broken, but since I didn't have a metal bumper for a high lift jack, this was perfect.
AEV is the manufacturer of this jack booster. It has AEV imprinted on it. It's the perfect size for the storage space beneath the rear cargo deck. I haven't used it yet, but since I'm running 35" tires, I'm sure I'll need it if I need to change a flat with the factory jack. I purchased both of them. Because my kit did not include a 5" AEV lift, I was unable to use it.
In contrast to other reviews, this one is positive. I believe that the storage claim is correct! In my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, it fits perfectly without being bulky. I'm not sure if there were any variations in production of the Wrangler models or this booster base, but I have no complaints. br>br>If you didn't go looking for it, you'd never know it was in the storage compartment. br>br>If you're running 33" or 35" tires and want to use the factory jack, this is a must-have. You'll need to look for a different jack once you've narrowed down your tire sizes.
That's a lot of money for a piece of plastic, and you could just use a 6x6 beam, but it fits nicely in the boot under the cargo area, which I like.
