It only comes with the racks and a strap to secure them to the tire; there is no hardware for attaching any accessories to the racks.
There are two of them.
You can, but you'll need to figure out how to mount them to the metal plate. It has a lot of holes for mounting different things, so all you'll need is a way to mount them. I have rotopax on one side and a shovel on the other.
I've had it on for a total of 22 days and haven't had any problems. To keep the spare safe, I used a bicycle lock.

Pax. I was able to keep my roto-scoping roto-scoping Through all of Calico's trails on a 37" tire. If you have multiple rigs or don't want them to be mounted all of the time, this is a must-have.
Although it appears to be in good condition, the holes do not align with the Rotopax mount.
I looked into different ways to mount a Roto- Pax, and this was, in the end, by far the best - It was intended to be installed and used only once in a while, but it looks and works so well that I'm leaving it on all the time.
It's not difficult to set up; all it takes is a little fiddling to get everything lined up and cinched down. It stayed in place on a three-day trip through the desert mountains once it was installed and secured. This mounting system has no flaws in my opinion. The only thing I would change is to add a locking system to prevent it from being stolen.
My 4Runner has benefited greatly from this addition. It's a perfect fit for my 34s.
I came across this while looking for a mount for my Rotopax. It's been on the trails for hundreds of miles with two Rotopax cans attached, and it's never moved. Installing the software only takes a few minutes. When I go offroad, I can also transfer it to my Hummer. Mounts for Rotopax are quick and easy to install. In terms of security, a bike cable with a bolt lock would be a nice addition, but a bike cable with a bolt lock will suffice.
This is the most convenient way to customize your tire carrier with accessories. It's where we keep our Rotopax. When properly installed. It hasn't moved for a long time. The disadvantage is that you'll have to use your spare tire if you get a flat tire. You must first remove all of your accessories.
For those who need to transport additional fuel containers, this is a good option. I was able to attach two 2 gallon RotaPax containers while maintaining visibility out the back window and opening the cargo door without hitting the tail light or CB antenna.
