It's actually not clear to me whether to use sharpies or not. It was my pleasure to help, but I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful
In fact, it does and in a beautiful way.
I think some artists choose Bristol for items such as that, though some may prefer thin paper with a little grip. Although the paper holds ink and color quite well, you may want to run your watercolor markers over it to get a really smooth look. It can look amazing though, so there is no reason why this won't work. I wish you the best of

Even though I am from the UK and am used to different paper manufacturers, I bought this as I was testing all the smooth Bristol papers I could find in the USA (I am from the UK and am used If the ink is thoroughly dried, it holds the ink very well. My Copic markers remain vibrant on this paper, and it doesn't absorb as much ink as thicker paper does. One downside to these fineliners is that, like most smooth papers, they take a little while to dry completely, so just be careful where you use them.
I wanted something that I can use to make more posters for my room, as well as for my brother. This product works great with paint and works great with Caliart.
This is a nice, extra thick piece of The best markers are those with the juicest skin.
In addition to the paper bleeding through, I had purchased new alcohol markers to use it with. Unfortunately, my markers were not blending with the paper, but that was a mistake on the part of the markers. Also, the paper is thinner than Canson XL Watercolor paper which I normally use for my colored pencils and markers. I am glad I bought it, although colored pencils will work far better here than pen and ink. For colored pencils, I strongly recommend this paper. Alcohol markers are not suitable for this paper.
The following nbsp After receiving my first pad, it was damaged and unusable A second one was sent to me free of charge My first impression was that the paper was thin, but it turned out to be thicker than I expected. Due to its smoothness and lack of impurities, I won't use it as a trial or practice paper, more of a final piece for the same reason that marker paper has. If I used my brush pens more often, I would fray them more quickly. helps to keep the ink of ecoline intact for a bit longer, thus enhancing the blending process It's the paper warp that is the best, not the female.
Using the copics on the paper allows you to blend better since it absorbs the colors (without bleed), so you might have to use a few layers, but it gives you the option to blend. The paper was also used to print my boeuf lines using a large format Canon It's only annoying that this paper can't be purchased in larger packs (i used navy blue line on it)
Overall the paper is amazing and it is just a pity that you can't buy more of it!.
Watercolor paper to sketching paper to waterproof paper for oil paintings and acrylics, to black art paper, I use Canson paper almost exclusively.
