It's a good width for elasticizing the waistband of jeans and pants. I have lost a lot of weight over the past 4 months, so many of my pants no longer fit. It was important to me to find a way to utilize my existing clothes in a cost-effective way, and this is what I arrived at. In addition to being soft to the touch, the material is comfortable on the skin. Fits the bill for my needs and is made to last. The product is excellent and I'll buy it.
1 inch is the size of the used diameter. Fabric was ample for the elastic back skirt, but 5" would have been much better. This can be attributed to the weak structure of the elastic. As soon as it was stretched, it buckled and limped. What was the reason for picking This pattern company had it listed on their materials sheet as a good option.
To replace the too stiff and hard elastic, this material was used I love the elastic in this new ponte skirt. It's the perfect touch.

My pajama pants needed a waistband, so I made it for them. This is a very comfortable chair. This is such a great product that I will definitely be purchasing it.
The project I've got in mind is perfect for this.
Having a skirt I owned that needed elastic, I redid it. Rolls up in a straight line. It feels soft to the touch. This is an easy garment.
