Is this product compatible with the X|s controllers from the Xbox series?

Great question! Our Xbox Pro Charging Stand will only work with the Xbox Series X|S controller if you purchase and use a new "universal" battery cover. Our universal battery covers are available for purchase in our shop.

Will the Elite controllers be compatible with it?

I haven't decided yet. However, when it is released on Amazon, it will be a one-time purchase. The estimated delivery time is four months. My order had to be canceled and I had to buy it from Controller Gear directly. They might be able to provide you with an answer.
