The PC requirements are not fully disclosed by the seller
3/5

Throughout the seller's presentation, it is stated that this controller is automatically compatible with Xbox 360 Xbox 360 slim PC Windows 7 through 10; however, when you receive the controller and read the information included with it, it states that in order for this to be compatible with your PC, you must purchase an Xbox PC adapter, which is not included. This is not at all as advertised; do not purchase this product if you are purchasing it for a PC.

A near- So here's what you need to know about this alternative: This is essentially a near-future version of a near-future version of The old official Xbox 360 controller has been faithfully replicated
5/5

The measurements are identical. The buttons have a similar feel to them. It's the same with the sticks. The battery compartment is the same, and it uses the same rechargeable batteries as the first-party controller. It connects to a PC's wireless Xbox 360 controller receiver (but does not support Bluetooth). To use this with a PC, you'll need the receiver, which is mapped as an Xinput device, so it'll work right out of the box with all of your recent PC games. I weighed the two controllers as well. br>br> They're both the same weight (7 pounds). 4 ounces), so there's a good chance they're made up of the same or nearly identical parts. br>br>Control is satisfying. There are only a few minor differences between this and the official controller in terms of button responsiveness. To begin with, the Astarry lacks the Xbox branding (no X on the Home button, and no Xbox 360 logo on the top). There's also room for a hologram (though the Astarry doesn't have one). Second, when the device is paired, the Home button light blinks in a pattern rather than staying on continuously. That is all there is to it. br>br>I'm a huge fan of the controller. It's everything I hoped for, which is to say that I wanted an Xbox 360 controller that looked and felt like the official one but cost as little as possible, and this is the closest you'll get. It's absolutely wonderful. br>br>I was a little disappointed that the blue one costs more than the black one. I would have preferred blue, but I can't justify spending more money on something else. This does not include the PC receiver for Xbox 360 controllers. br>br>It should be noted that this does not include the PC receiver for Xbox 360 controllers. This is a separate item that is available for purchase. I'm the proud owner of two of them. One is a genuine replica, while the other is a cheap knock-off. Both of them work with this controller when they are turned off. I no longer own an Xbox 360, so I can't test this on it, but I assume that because it connects wirelessly with the receiver, it will connect to the Xbox 360 without issue. Unfortunately, because these are such exact replicas of the original Xbox 360 controllers, they have inherited two of the Xbox 360 controller's well-known flaws. The analog sticks are super-stretchy, which is one of the known issues. sensitive, making delicate movements difficult in some games, necessitating the use of a low sensitivity setting in the game or a wider dead-zone. Third-party software can be used to create zones. Second, there is the D- pad is an 8-inch square pad. way disc- Rather than an inlaid cross, use a style pad. As a result, you might accidentally press left or right instead of down or up on occasion. This necessitates some adaptation to the controller's design, but it isn't a "defect. " It's the same way Microsoft designed the original, and it's the same way it's done here. If you're looking for a low-cost option, this is the place to go. This is your best choice if you want a low-cost alternative to the official controller, and I'm not just saying that. This is a fantastic controller from a third party. As long as you know what you're getting, it's a five-star experience.

Unfit for purpose - On analog sticks, there are a lot of dead zones
3/5

This controller looks great, feels great (for the most part), and was a breeze to set up on my system. The triggers are fine, but the A/B/X/Y buttons are loud, sticky, and require more force to activate than usual. br>br>I'll overlook the preceding, but the analog sticks are the real issue. They can't be used in any way. The sticks physically feel very nice and move smoothly the whole time. However, the input deadzone is HUGE, to the point where moving the stick 50% in any direction doesn not The next 10% moves at a slow rate while the last 40% moves at a rapid rate. Because precise movement is impossible to achieve during real-time gameplay, use in games (especially First Person Shooters) is impossible. br>br>I'm hoping that this adequately describes the issue. Other reviewers have mentioned similar issues, so I don't believe this is a one-time issue. Many of the five-star reviewers appear to be inexperienced, dishonest, or have received this controller as a gift. br>br>If this is a defect, I'd be willing to try a different controller. For the time being, I'll refund the money and purchase an official (used) controller for the same price from my local game store.

Gaming devices that are excellent
5/5

This was purchased for my personal computer. I don't have a wireless controller, but I do have a keyboard. This can be quickly connected for those who use the Windows operating system. Mac, on the other hand, is a subject on which I am unsure. This controller has a love average overall quality. I had no issues with it while using it. If you're a hardcore gamer, you should get it.

Almost unusable
3/5

These controllers are a nightmare to use. I ordered a pair, and the buttons frequently lock, as if you're pressing them down and refusing to let go. To correct this, you must disconnect the battery pack. Vibration units can also be turned on and off. Pull the batteries out once more. Even when this isn't the case, the buttons are extremely loud, have a long, stiff throw, and the sticks are extremely unresponsive; think on/off with no in-between. You don't have to be a pro gamer to see how bad they are. Picking a lock in Skyrim is a challenging task. br>br>Here, the large number of positive reviews appears to be suspicious. Check out fakespotter. com to see how they rate the quality of the reviews - However, all of these aftermarket controllers should be avoided. Another pair I purchased (with more reliable reviews) wouldn't even turn on.

Everything was exactly as described
5/5

This was purchased for my son as a present. I had no prior experience with the Xbox or the control, but I took a chance. My son was overjoyed and surprised. The controller was in excellent working order when it arrived. It was well-packaged and performs admirably. It has made my son extremely happy. In addition, the cost was reasonable. It'll be a fantastic purchase if the control holds up to use. It's too soon to comment on how well it works and how long it lasts, but so far everything has gone smoothly.

It's terrible, and it's not even close to being as precise as real controllers
3/5

Those who claim that the controllers on a 360 are adequate for their children are simply uncaring parents or providers. For real. I'm a 30-year-old father of two who was eager to get my hands on a red and white 360 controller replica after reading positive reviews. It's as simple as connecting these to a computer and comparing them to a real 360 controller connected in the same way. The analog sticks on these controllers have so much dead space in them that precise movement is impossible. Awful.

These controllers are nearly half the price of the Microsoft controllers, and they work just as well
5/5

The only physical difference is that the center button lacks an 'X,' which is completely unimportant.
