Yes, it comes with a battery pack and charging cable, and the controller is brand new and comes in black. It's possible that other colors are available, but I didn't care at the time.
This package does not include it. To play wirelessly on your PC, you must purchase the wireless receiver separately.
Play and charge kits can be plugged into the 360's two ports. They're just to the right of the disc insert drive, and because they're USB ports, you can buy a 360 flash drive to plug into one of those slots for extra memory or to move/copy game content to a separate hardware storage device. There are also three in the back that you can use, but I wouldn't recommend them for play and charge kits because the wire will be overlapping your console, and it's just awkward in general. I'd suggest starting with the first two.
No, to use it on your PC, you'll need an Xbox360 Wireless Controller for Windows. They produce a controller that is specifically designed for use with PCs. Simply Google "Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows" to find it.

The controller is flawless and the battery holds a charge. It takes a while for the battery to charge to full capacity when you first get it, but the trick to preserving battery capacity is to disconnect the cable from the controller when the battery has 4 bars and never let the battery completely run out of power. It's also a good idea to reconnect the cable when the battery is at 2 bars. Excessively overcharging as well as allowing the battery to lose all charge damages the battery.
Microsoft has always produced good hardware, but their controllers have always been exceptional. This controller feels more at home in our hands than other competitor variants for those of us with larger hands and wider grips. The device performs as expected, but there are a few drawbacks in terms of accessories. However, let's start with the advantages. Advantages: br>br> Two batter compartments are included. One comes with built-in rechargeable batteries, while the other accepts your own. br>Comes with a charging cord. br>Easy to use even with larger hands. br>Buttons / d-pads / joysticks All of the pads have a solid feel to them and hold up well even after a lot of use. br>Extensive list of games that can be played with little or no modification. It is not always the case that plug and play works. If you bought the dongle from a third party to save money, you'll have to fiddle with the driver files in the device manager before it works.
It has a good feel to it and a good controller. In comparison to the other brands I own, I enjoy the controller. This is my second Xbox 360 controller, and both of them began to drift to the right after only a few minutes of use. When you're scoping and aiming in war games, it's easy to notice. It's primarily the left stick. Both controllers are identical, with one being a few weeks old and the other being about six months old. This problem has been the subject of numerous complaints on the internet, and there is currently no solution. Rubber bands have been used for a variety of purposes. With all of the technology available and so many complaints, I can't believe there isn't a solution. I placed an AAA-quality order. Shocks (Analogstick Aim Assistance Shock Absorbers and from the looks of them , I think I am 99% sure this will take care of that problem because they fit around the stick If the AAA's do work, I'll let you know.
Clearly, this is a good product. The wired controllers all seem to have a weak spot where the cable meets the controller, which is why I bought the wireless controller for PC. (I've had a couple in the past, and they just stopped working on me after a year. )br>br>However, because of cheap wireless receivers and people who sell knockoffs, buying a wireless Xbox controller for PC is a little difficult. br>Find one with a lot of good reviews and you'll be fine; even better, get the receiver off of ebay and buy it used; it'll be less likely to be a knockoff that way. (That's what I did)br>br>I haven't had any issues with the controller, and it seems to last forever.
It was past time for a completely new controller! This one appealed to me because it was ready to use and was only $40. The d- Although I have no use for it, the pad feature is very cool. The d- Because it's a chrome plated d-pad, it has a nice cold feel to it. pad. I really liked the new thumb sticks because they reminded me of the new Xbox One controllers! Great traction and feel! With the plug-n-play pack, it came with an extra battery pack for regular batteries. It doesn't get much more affordable than this for a plug-and-play solution! This controller has a great overall look and feel. Look no further, as this may be all you need to get by until you can afford an Xbox:.
After my baby nephew used them as boomerangs, I had to replace my old controllers. This controller fulfilled all of my requirements: It was black, had a charging kit, and a spare case for everyday battery use. It's also less slippery than standard Xbox controllers, which was a huge plus for me because I'm prone to sweaty hands. If you're looking for a controller that doesn't have all the extra bells and whistles, this is the one to get.
We'll need to add another one at some point. Because we have a baby, she sometimes grabs the wired one while the other kids are playing, which is extremely annoying and unsightly. The non- This issue is clearly not addressed by wired one. It also makes cleanup a breeze. These are also simple to charge due to their design. Overall, an excellent product that is identical to the wired version. What's more, there's no need for the wire; what else is there to say? THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT IN YOUR LIFE.
In fact, it's my personal favorite. This is an excellent pad. In fact, it's my favorite of the last three console generations (from PS2 to Xbox). My only criticism is that the transforming pad turned out to be merely a gimmick. It doesn't really get any more useful for when you need it, and the shiny coating will eventually chaffe and look bad. Why not if it's the same price as a regular pad? Otherwise, it's not worth the extra money.
