Be wary if the production cost does not match the product cost

The controller was late and damaged when it arrived. Chips in the "custom" job, as well as what appears to be a cigarette burn on the controller's front. Boy, that was a lot of money to send out in that manner. Only to be given justifications for why things are the way they are. The time it takes to get a replacement controller is longer than it took to send out the first one. It's ridiculous. Work on the production is required. Perhaps the job should not be rushed and the delivery process should be blamed.
