Questions & Answers

Can you confirm whether this is an official xbox 360 controller battery pack from Microsoft?

The product I had did not work at all, whether it was an official Microsoft product or not. Upon receiving my refund, I received the full amount.

The batteries look like Microsoft brand batteries, right?

The answer is yes, in my opinion. Although I haven't a memory of them since I bought them at the same time, I can tell you that the ones I bought that were clones, were hit-and-miss with battery life. Microsoft batteries had a much higher reliability than the average batteries.

In this pack, what number of batteries are there?

Battery packs can only be comprised of one battery pack each

This has been going on for quite some time
3/5

You can use it for as long as it is actively being used. it comes to batteries, especially those found in older consoles, these things are often left on a shelf somewhere for months or even YEARS still containing a certain amount of chemicals that are dying When you receive your items, they are not even half as good as they were when they were originally It was lucky for me that I got some decent ones that lasted roughly six hours. Rechargeable for eight hours before needing to be refilled. Due to having a spare battery (charger) on hand, I can continue for a long time, only stopping for a minute to change out the battery. In any case, if you don't use these things for awhile, especially the ones that aren't the official ones like the black or white ones, you will find that they're dead, with their batteries that can't be charged. In less than a month I stopped playing games only to come back to flat batteries on 2/5 of them. It has happened to me before that some died after one year After two weeks, there has not been any Luckily, the black ones have managed to live and thrive even today. You should not leave them plugged into a charger, since this lowers battery life even faster because of the constant chemical reactions occurring in the battery. If you are going to use rechargeable batteries, make sure that they are a reputable, affordable brand, so that you can buy more when they run out.

It was ultimately decided to use rechargeable AAs
3/5

As a result, I live a gaming lifestyle, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week It was really costly to keep buying disposable batteries every day, since I used them three hours every day. My interest in these battery packs was piqued when I saw that they had been tailored to my needs, and so I decided to try them In my first impression, I found that it fit well on the controller, snapped in and out easily, and had a similar appearance to the battery pack shell that came with it. Having plugged it into its charger, an indicator light began to glow to let me know that it was The light changed when it shifted 7 hours later. As you know, I'm saving money here, so it's going to take some time for anything to happen, but to be honest, that's a long time to wait. Playing began as soon as I snapped the controller into place. I noticed that over the next few days, I had difficulty gauging how much juice was left in the battery pack from the controller. My little guy would occasionally tell me that the battery was low, but it would go away with time. I was able to charge it for about 22 hours, which isn't bad for such a small machine. The moment it went out, I realized I'd have to stop playing and wait almost 7 hours for the pack to be recharged again from its drained state. As a result, the situation quickly turned into In the end, I purchased a play and charge kit to resolve this problem, but after only a few months of playing, I noticed the battery was depleted. I saw the charging time go down about an hour after a couple of months, but it never required less time to charge. When it hit me, I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. It had taken me so long to decide to invest so much in- If I were to pay less for rechargeable batteries I could have used for a wide variety of purposes instead of buying specific batteries that weren't really working out? There is no good answer, as the question itself is difficult. In addition, I bought myself a universal battery charger, which I chunked all of my battery packs, charger, and play and charge kit. I couldn't have made a better choice. While the charge lasts longer, the depletion of batteries is less noticeable. The charger is not the fastest, but it charges much faster. In addition, it is cheaper, so I always have a pair of chargers lying around. The overall rating is 3/5 stars for the fact that they are convenient, but overall, their price and charge times turn off a lot of people. If you spend a little extra now and get a better charger, you'll save a lot more money in the long run.

Perhaps other battery types should be given a try, as the black batteries are the only ones that are reliable
3/5

Battery safety is only guaranteed with new black batteries, all others are risky. The new black ones have a bar-code sticker that looks different compared to the old ones The code on it is in HTML. It is a new sticker if it is in black and white but if it is all white then it is old. Despite the fact that it is an old blue that isn't brand new, it works fine. I don't think it will last very A white battery that was not working properly was also purchased. A red light appears when the charger kit needs to charge a battery, and a green light appears when the battery has been fully charged, but the charger kit did not light up the white battery. In this case, if you don't care what color the battery is, get only black, since it matches many Buying the double pack of black batteries on a different webpage allowed me to get the black batteries for less. You should consider ordering from Amazon if you want to order different colors, and keep the packaging so you can return it if the phone is defective or loses.

The product did not come in its Upon seeing the pictures in the listing, I had assumed the packaging would be the same
3/5

I don't think it did. Whether these are new or not, I am left with questions. The pills came in very small clear plastic clamshells. I noticed that the clear plastic clam shells were not covered with green and white Microsoft packaging. There were stickers on the plastic that read NEW. This packaging is not the same as the picture, so I'm concerned. As long as I can make a sticker that says NEW, I can stick it on anything that I want. As soon as I've had a chance to use the batteries, I'll update my review. The batteries do have Microsoft holographic stickers on the sides and the serial numbers are also Microsoft. I am concerned about the packaging, because I think it does not appear to be original, so am wondering if they are really new?.

Blue is also not a good purchase
3/5

I purchased these items from two different sellers on Amazon, and both sellers provided full-fillment, but the batteries could not remain charged long enough for my Xbox to wirelessly connect. Originally I thought this was a fluke, but once I received a second battery (from a different vendor) and it had the same problem, I realized this was a much more widespread issue. My money will be returned to me shortly (1/11/2011), but it was very disappointing, and it was quite a hassle. The end result was that I went to Best Buy and bought from an outlet where I could just drive back if there were any problems. As it turns out, I had no problem at all, and now I have a third "Play and Charge" cord, since they do not Although the price was $20, it was still a great bargain. For example, most non-profits charge $1. 00, while most for-profits charge $1. 00 I can't believe these batteries cost so much here. Where is the Amazon equivalent with the same quality and price?.
