Alkaline 2AA batteries should work fine, according to the description, and I'm currently using Panasonic Eneloop AA batteries.
China is the place to be.
Maybe, but probably not; it wouldn't be good for them anyway if they could; in my experience, it's better to buy separate battery packs designed for recharging, but that's harder said than done nowadays. The vast majority of rechargable sets I've purchased are subpar right out of the box. My advice to anyone, and what I did, is to buy a rechargeable battery that has a micro USB port built in!

My controllers are quite old, and they'd been having a lot of connection issues, as well as turning off in the middle of games despite the fact that I'd just replaced the batteries. I assumed I'd have to purchase a new controller, but I saw that it would cost around $40, and I wasn't willing to spend that much money on a controller. br>br>So I did some research on the subject and discovered that some people claimed that the problems went away after they replaced the battery covers. I noticed that the battery covers on my controllers were loose, so I decided to give this product a try because it was relatively inexpensive. Needless to say, since getting the replacements, I haven't had any problems. br>br>The battery covers are similar to the old ones in appearance and fit snugly. I'm glad I didn't just buy a new controller and instead replaced the covers. I was able to save a significant amount of money as a result of it.
I haven't played my Xbox 360 in a few years, but my young son wanted a game system so he could play putt putt, pinball, and other games that were available on the old system. I had misplaced the original battery covers because I had been using rechargeable batteries that were no longer functional. I looked in local stores such as Gamestop, Walmart, and Target, but none of them had these battery covers, which are required for installing batteries in the controller. I tried them out and they fit perfectly, just like new OEM parts. Now that I have four working controllers, the bad news is that my son is a far better putt putt player and pinball player than I am. We're having a great time, though.
My old battery cover was chewed up by my dog, so this one was a perfect replacement. There are no issues. I use rechargeable batteries for my controls, so I take the cover on and off almost every time I use it to swap out charged and noncharged batteries, and it hasn't shown any signs of wear and tear after a few weeks of use. The black color doesn't match the black of the original controllers perfectly, but that didn't bother me. That could also be due to the fact that my controllers have faded over the years after being in my possession for more than a decade.
Our XBox 360 remote controllers were ruined because we forgot to remove the batteries. I had actually purchased new controllers before discovering this product, which allowed me to refurbish them myself for a fraction of the cost! I highly recommend this product, and I recommend buying two at once to save on shipping costs. Even if you only require one, it is inexpensive enough to keep on hand as a backup.
I had forgotten to remove the batteries from my 360 S when I set it up. When I decided to connect it to our living room TV to stream Netflix, these new battery holders were exactly what I needed to get it back up and running. The battery holder is enabled by a tricky little reed switch in the middle of the rectangle on the sticker. My original, even after cleaning, was inoperable. At twice the price, a pair of these were a good deal; no need to buy a new controller, at least this time. Thanks!.
This was an excellent purchase at an excellent price! My controller kept shutting down because the back felt loose, and pressing the back of it in any way caused it to shut down. I was under the impression that I needed a new controller when, in fact, I only needed a new battery cover! This saved me a lot of money, and now I have a backup in case something similar happens again! (For a while, I kept turning the back on and off because I thought my games were freezing, but when I removed the battery, if it made the noise that my controller had disconnected, it was just loading very slowly and not frozen. ).
Better than the originals at accommodating rechargeable batteries. These were purchased to replace the battery cover on my 360, which had become obsolete. My son's birthday is coming up tomorrow, and he'd like to play a four-player game with his friends. For the fourth controller, think cover came to the rescue. Additionally, these easily accommodate rechargeable batteries, whereas the original covers appear to be a little hesitant to do so. Thank you for making a fantastic product!.
Once the kids have moved on to other gaming systems, don't leave the batteries in for too long. We gave an Xbox One and an Xbox 360 as gifts this Christmas, but we couldn't do so without feeling bad if they didn't work. The older units were corroded to the point of being unusable. WD- It didn't help that I was 40 years old. The solution was to use new holders. The design of Microsoft is a shambles. Some deserving children were treated to a fun Christmas filled with games. All you can hope for is a positive outcome. Pay it forward (or give it to someone else).
