Dead on arrival. It's all right. I am rating this as a 1 Star since I did not find it to be effective. There was no charge on the battery packs because they were DOA. In this case, I contacted the company, and they sent me a replacement set for free. Sadly this one too was never charged, and was declared dead on arrival. Upon refunding me, they gave me my full money back. They have probably just been sitting in some warehouse for a long time.

Our 4 controllers would only be able to use one of them. Having only one controller was not a problem for us since we just use our Xbox for movies and TV apps. I used to be able to use it quite well for a month and a half, but lately it hasn't worked at all. It seems that it was the controllers that were the problem, so we purchased new ones. As a result, we concluded that the charging station is the problem, not the controllers. I was very impressed with the ease of use of this controller, and the battery life was very good when the controller was charging.

I was disappointed. I've used it a couple of times and it is great. Once they were in, our remotes would no longer work. There was no response from the remote for the lights but all buttons worked. Our remotes work again after changing our batteries back to regular ones.

There is an issue with the left joystick of the controller when the battery pack is on. Despite the fact that they charge perfectly well and the two controllers fit nicely on the stand, my kids sometimes do not even have the chance to play.
