We use all four of our servers every day, and three of them are still working well two years later. I make sure to keep in mind that my children regularly play marathon Mario Kart Double-Up sessions using these Super Smash Bros. and Dash are two highly popular video games. The sessions have been wound and unwound, pulled and tripped over, stomped on, and furniture has been placed on them, they have been defaced and mangled in every way you can imagine. The three that are still running are doing well, and the one that has failed has been physically broken since its cord was pulled. My understanding is that the kids tripped over the cables when they ran through. I think the error was caused by the user. Initially, I was going to attempt to repair the cable, but then I saw it was only $3 to buy a second set including shipping, so I'm just doing that.

However, I received the products today and the very first cable I tried did not work. There was laying and glitching when it happened. When I first connected my GameCube controller, I was convinced something was wrong. To make sure, I did it too. There was no problem with the cable in the box. I tried the next cable and it worked well as well. The problem turned out to be that 1 of the 4 cables wasn't working. The cost of all 4 cables was $10, so I'm not too upset about that. In fact, they let me and my wife sit on the couch and play super smash brothers because that's what I asked for. Now that we have an extra cable, we have two. It's nice to have the extra 6 feet of reach. I would buy it again despite one cable not working from the start. Each item has a possibility of failing. Again I won't complain about the price of the cables, as it happens a lot. However, I must take off 1 star because of it.

I think $99 for four cable extension cables to enjoy sitting further away from the tv is a great price. the build and construction on these look to be up to standard for what I would expect to find in either a 3rd party or official cable extension. All of the ones that arrived look great to me. I examined them all carefully. Since we only ever really use one or two at a time, we keep a few extras on hand for the rare event that one should cease working. It would be a pleasure to buy from them If that ever changes, I will update you.

My Wii didn't respond to one after another and I wasn't able to play the game after plugging in the controller. By the time I got to the last one, I realized I had to hold the plug tightly to connect to the Gamecube controller and it worked. Eventually, I applied enough force and it snapped back into place. When I went back to try the other ones, a good push was all it took and they worked fine. I am concerned about how durable the product will be because it is plastic and will probably break soon after many uses. In spite of these small shortcomings, the product is great it allows me and my friends to play games together from the comfort of our couches rather than from the hard ground.

I'm not sure why some reviews stated that the cable plug was In my experience, all 4 of the boosters worked when I tested them on Super Smash Bros. Both the male and female plugs feel tight and do not easily unplug. Nevertheless, there is a bit of a tight fit between the controller's end and the end that connects to the Wii/GameCube/USB GameCube ports/which is just like a regular GameCube controller plug in.
