A 50% success rate has been achieved so far by ordering and installing four of these kits. In the first instance, no areas lit up, but some of my buttons didn't work so I reset the controller and reinstall the kit. That only brought half the areas onto an even level following the exact instructions provided. Apparently, I should have reinstalled the kit the second time, as I had not been impressed with its previous two installations in controllers. On the third installation I tried again using the same product from another retailer, and it still did not work. I tried using it for the fourth time using a It didn't work out very well. Installation of both kits worked, and the controller was fully powered up for several minutes before the controller went dark. as it stands right now, the controllers are gone.

It worked, look good, and was worth the effort. The design of the product is poor, despite its great features. At first, it felt really cool and nice when I got it all hooked up and connected, but a button was sticking out of the kit once it was up and running. I then disassembled to try to figure out how the button worked. After finding a small connector missing, I connected the ribbon cable to it instead. There were some poor features, but how easy it was to break the connector is extremely disappointing. While I was very cautious when I first pulled on the ribbon cable, it soon broke off even as I turned toward the wall. As long as I hot-glue the connection in place, you have no problem with it. There's nothing eco-friendly about these lights being unplugged from the system. The connector is toast and I'm really upset about it since I was duped in such a way. The review is now updated. I contacted the company as well when my first board failed my first month after receiving it since my first one broke because that's exactly what the company did to me upon finding out about the defect on my reviewer's first day. My new board was immediately replaced by them free of charge. In about a month the controller will work like a light switch. It seems as though they change colors on me with the analog stick ones, which make me feel very twitchy. I do not need to replace them often, but when I do, they are quite handy. I think there is a wire touching the board on what I did not see.

This kit does not allow the lights to blink once upon connecting the battery and will not come on again. I have found a solution that still works for you. As I mentioned in my previous posts, the LED kit is of the opinion that the only problem is that there is no contact information available. A lot of people won't find it, either in the instructions booklet or YouTube video. As you would expect once the black ribbon cable is installed at charging, you would logically guess that after you plug the 2 ends into the controller board, to the LED's itself, the ribbon cables should stay flat. WRONG. I've gotten two; they both require me to flip the cables prior to installation so that they work properly. Yet now you have wires attached to a controller for 2 twisted ribbons, all of which are already constrained in space. Despite being rather bad, my opinion of the design does not sit well with me. As seems reasonable, one could try the ribbon cables, or at least point out that the direct connection of them is obvious. Outside of that, however, it is a very cool mod. I hope this helps someone. When I searched for it in YouTube I ended up buying it twice. Although I have tried every option, I have not been able to install it on my PS4. There is no luck with this one. L1, L2, do not work at first try. On the second one, the LED worked, but when my controller is turned off it doesn't work. Your time and money should not be wasted.

A broken led kit was involved. A single wire was being left out of the plug altogether. I don't know what to say. In addition, it was one of the few that were used in this version. It gave me no clue up until the end what they were. Even now, it's common practice to check the whole assembly, though I don't remember it previously. In addition, if you would like me to check all the components before installation please mention that in your instructions as well. It is hard to understand these principles from the outside looking in for most people who get this. In my experience, it's rare that I have to deal with many similar reviews. Although it didn't work, the system was able to work as intended, then it came apart, and the original parts needed to be replaced and then the old ones were reinstalled. This is not a particularly interesting book. A note is also going to be put out for your information before the company provides you with that kind comment. Would you mind helping oper me fix this? A joke if it's the first one. It has to be replaced.

Considering the cost, it is an excellent choice. For most of the day, I won't have access to connectors in my off-brand controller, although buying a shell will allow me to make it appear as though a Sony brand controller is still being installed. Hopefully we can get this resolved soon. It features settings for changing the color of a particular section, it is possible to control the color of the whole section through its menus, and it can also be turned off separately when connected to a controller. This is a cheaper version of my off-brand controller from another computer, but the wires to be soldered on (this one had no soldering process of the time) were only connected with one end, but it kept changing colors over time without being controlled. Also, since this adapter doesn' By no means is it an impossible version; in principle, this is the correct one. A 28-year-old mother, she has no knowledge of things like this, installed it without any problems, was extremely satisfied and would buy from her again if given the opportunity in the future.

My expectation isn't lower. Although this is a bad experience, it seems it works and the LEDs seem to work. There are some areas in the controller where there won't be colors. As an example, I would love all green, but I will not donate. In addition, there is one L2. I want nothing in red to do with the buttons and the R2. Just wanted a new one when I started. Here I am using my new one second. My controller suffered a brief malfunction when it came with the small circuit board; it did not work, so I will avoid this product again in the future. I find it difficult to return to something I lost. Having gotten mad about it, I do not want to take part anymore. This was annoying, yet satisfactory. Despite the fact that the button remap kit didn't work, it was working OK.
