Questions & Answers
Yes, the DLC can be found on the disc.
I'm not sure what's on Ultimate, but GOTY simply includes all of the extra DLC content. So there will be more quests, story, cool loot, and shenanigans. When a GOTY edition is available, I always choose it.
Correct
Although all DLC content is included in Red's greatest hits, it is not included in the game. This game is fantastic!

I adore the aftermath of a nuclear attack in Washington, DC. The NPCs are one of my favorite features of the game. The story was good, the quests were typical one-dimensional get this do that quests BUT the NPC's added a richness to the quests so they had meaning. The oddball NPCs added a sense of intimacy and personal value to the standard fare quest. rescuing the child and transporting him to Rivet City, where he will either live or die. br>br>Despite the bugs that make the game difficult to play, Fallout 3 is well worth the effort; it is so easy to become completely immersed in the Fallout 3 world that it happens without any effort on my part, and the choices you make in the game, like in the first Mass Effect, can reveal a lot about who you are and what you stand for in real life. The oddball NPC characters that populate the Fallout 3 Universe add an infinite amount of richness to the game play that more than makes up for any flaws. br>br>Fallout 3's creepy realism is on full display in its portrayal of drug addicts. I mean, the works, the spoon, and the drugs are all set up on tables like an addict would. With unflinching realism, Fallout 3 depicts the worst aspects of humanity. It depicts alcoholics in a realistic, non-politically correct, and sugar-coated manner. I like how the drug addicts in Fallout 3 are referred to as addicts rather than the politically correct "Person with a Substance Use Disorder," which I simply abbreviate to user. There are a lot of "Users" in Fallout 3, some of whom do drugs, while others use you and do drugs as well! br>br>Fallout 3 is a fun open world game that explores the best and worst aspects of humanity. Oh, and don't forget to go to "The Republic Of DAVE!" while playing Fallout 3! " It's a genuine hoot and holler!".
Be sure to save frequently to avoid losing your progress, as the game does crash occasionally, usually during periods of intense action. br>br>The plot is excellent, and it is underappreciated. I enjoy Fallout: New Vegas, but Fallout 3 is incredible. It's well-written, and putting the puzzle pieces together is addictive. There are no side quests that are completely useless, with the exception of the add-ons. They help you navigate the map or provide background information about the Fallout universe. If you're thinking about buying this in 2020 or later, I can tell you that playing it has been a lot more fun than waiting in line for the PS5.
Programming errors. Glitchy to the max. A LOT OF CRASHES! It's a fantastic game, but it's buggy, crashes frequently, and is extremely frustrating to play. Skyrim, another Bethesda game, was the only game that crashed more frequently. Both games have the potential to be mind-blowingly good, but they both come across as rushed to market and poorly programmed. Both games receive regular updates, but none of them improved the experience to the point where it should have been prerelease during the time I played Fallout 3. I enjoyed Fallout 3 so much that I went out and bought Fallout New Vegas, which was only slightly smoother. It was also prone to crashing on a regular basis. From what I've seen, Fallout 4 is much better and crashes less frequently. Both Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas provided me with hundreds of hours of entertainment, but they also provided me with countless hours of unnecessary frustration due to shoddy programming and game crashes. Bethesda should be ashamed of themselves for releasing such a buggy game.
The package is still sealed in plastic. Given the coronavirus, I'm still baffled as to how it was delivered the next day. However, it was greatly appreciated and provides me with an alternative to staring at walls. There is no need to start the game because this mod is compatible with any regular Fallout 3 save file. There isn't any software to install. This is a single disc that downloads the DLC content automatically when you continue your save file; it only takes a few minutes for all of the notifications to appear. br>br>So far, my favorites have been Pitt and Point Lookout.
The main issue I see with it is that it crashes frequently if you have too many saved files on your device. I had nearly 50 saved game files, but after deleting all but three, the game no longer crashed frequently. br>br>While the PS4 is fantastic, if you don't own one, cheap PS3 games are available! br>br>Creative+ paraphrase- 24th of June, 2016 I had just completed the main story and was in the middle of the DLC. I gave it four stars at first, but now I give it three. So, on an early fat PS3 80 gig, I completed the DLC in this order.
- Zeta, the Mothership - The University of Pittsburghbr>- br>Point Lookout - br>Operation Anchorage Steel shattered- I got a lot of crashes in The Pitt, a lot of crashes in Point Lookout, and even more crashes in Operation Anchorage, so I didn't finish it. br>br>I got a lot of crashes in The Pitt, a lot of crashes in Point Lookout, and even more crashes in Operation Anchorage. br>br>I got a lot of crashes in The Pitt, a lot of crashes in Point Lookout, and even more crashes in Operation Anchorage. I understand why people are upset about the PS3 version of Fallout 3. In some cases, pausing the game with the start button and letting it run for half an hour will help it run more smoothly. That only worked for me in Point Lookout. The DLC wasn't particularly good, to be honest. The Pitt and Mothership Zeta were both fairly linear and boring, and aside from the unique armor and weapons, they weren't particularly worthwhile. The DLC's best level is Point Lookout. According to what I've heard, the larger your save file is, the more likely it is to crash, so if you can avoid some of the DLC, do so.
But not in this way. Fallout 3 is my favorite game. To beat it, you'll need a month. If you look in all the right places. If you have the add-on packs, you can use them. It'll take another month and a half after that. Maybe 2. The game has a tendency to freeze at times. This game, on the other hand, is one of my favorites. All of the add-ons are conveniently located on the game disk, which I appreciate. However, having it on the game disk has two disadvantages. 1 The loading time is a little longer. The add-ons will be installed automatically as soon as you exit the vault. I prefer to do it one by one.
