What is the difference between GOTY and a nominee for GOTY? The advantage of the Complete Edition is that if you want to, you can platinum it again. There are three plat stacks in total for The Witcher 3, but none of them affect the story or gameplay.
Yes, you have the option of selecting American English as your system language.
It's fine to begin with number three. 1 and 2 were the only games I've ever played.
I'm not sure about the Russian voices, but there's always the option of a subtitle.

The game is fantastic (you all know how fantastic it is, right?) and the delivery was quick. I had no problems at all. Nonetheless. br>br> If you're having problems with language packs or PSN region locks, this review is for you. Because of Sony's stupid policies and region locks, it can be difficult to find a game in your native language if you live in the United States and speak Russian. (The same goes for Skyrim's creation club and mods, which are cross-compatible. ) play, and so on. )br>br>Let me explain. I purchased the Complete Edition for 14 dollars on PSN during Days of Play 2018. The Complete Edition contains the same content as the Game of the Year edition, but it lacks a Russian language and no text translation. According to what I understand, GOTY was released in Europe and CE in North America. br>br>I have an old Russian PSN account that I mostly use on the PS3 and I thought I could download a language pack for CE from there, but it would not install after my system downloaded it. br>br>(Because it must be specific to CE or GOTY, Russian PSN only has a language pack for the regular version. ) Same goes for save files; if you played Witcher 3 on the regular version and then upgraded to GOTY or CE to play with all DLCs, you'll have to start over. )br>br>The GOTY language packs are not available on the Russian PSN because they were not released there. br>br>I realized I needed to get the Game of the Year edition, which was only available in Europe. I had CE Witcher 3 but never played it because of the English text and translationbr>br>(Don't get me wrong, English as an original localization is amazing and probably the best LORE representation of Gerald; Gerald is more calm there than in Russian where he yells SYKA BLYAT, but I guess I was just nostalgic and wanted to have something closer to the heart, especially Witcher game)br>br>I played the first two games on PC with Russian translation. Andrey Sapkowski's original books, which I read in Russian, are among my favorites. br>br>So, I won Game of the Year. On my North American PSN account, the game's text was in Russian. However, there will be no RUSSIAN localization, CYKA, or BLYAT! br>br>I recalled my grandmother-in-law-in-law-in-law-in-law-in-law-in- Granpa, who ate Nazis for breakfast during WWII, said to me as a kid playing chess with him:
- "Never give up, kid; perseverance is rewarded. " "br>br>I just checked Google for Russian language pack GOTY, and one of the search results PSN pages was at EN-US. " Hungary is represented by the HU domain. As a result, I made a new PSN account on the system and selected Hungary as the country of origin. I went to the PS Store and looked for the GOTY edition of Witcher 3 in the adds-ons section. I found what I was looking for on the tab. The GOTY edition of the Russian language pack br>br>I opened a bottle of very expensive Vodka that I had been saving for special occasions and celebrations in my life, I cut a large piece of great stake for my home bear pet, and he became so happy that he began riding his unicycle around the house and playing the balalaika. br>br>Right now, on my main NA account, I can finally play Witcher 3 on PS4 in my native language, with Russian text and speech. br>br>(Keep in mind that you must keep an additional account on your PS4 system from which you downloaded a language pack, but you do not have to play on it or even log in there again; simply keep it on the system. ) You can use your main account to play Witcher and access region-locked content, which in this case is a language pack. Same goes for DLCs and other game content. )br>br>Off- Of course, you could argue that I could simply go to torrents and download this game in any language I wanted for free on my PC. br>br>If I do that, we may not see any more CD Project Red games; this is one of the studios that deserves our money and respect for their hard work. Pirating their games is the equivalent of harming a small puppy, which is not cool and may result in your death at the hands of Baba Yaga. ) (Boogeyman)br>br>I hope this review was helpful:.
You'll have to start the game over if you own The Witcher 3 and your saves aren't compatible with this disc. It's well worth getting the Game of the Year Edition; it's a fantastic game!.
After finishing Skyrim and Far Cry and becoming bored with the never-ending mini-side missions, I've been looking for a new game to play. All of my expectations for The Witcher have been exceeded! I adore open-world games, and this one has a fantastic storyline! I've found the open world that most closely resembles Skyrim's style, and I'm completely hooked!.
I believe this is the first game that I have actually despised. I haven't hated in a long time (I'm sure I have). The tone of the man's voice. . . The never-ending cutaways. Battles with a 'locked on target' style. The leveling up system is based on a slow point system. The inability to save in some areas. And the plot feels stale, as if it hasn't been updated in a long time. In addition, the main character (you know, the big, tough witcher with the overly-confident demeanor) is a bit of a jerk. level 2 incompetent who is having difficulty killing a pack of wild dogs in a deep, dramatic voice What a badass you are! (insert eyeroll here) In case you're interested, here's something else to think about. This is my first time playing a Witcher game. Perhaps I should not have chosen a game of the year edition with all the extra content, areas, and so on. Maybe there's a chance there's a chance there is a chance there Either that, or 3 is a complete waste of time. Perhaps the entire series is a waste of time. God of War and Skyrim were two of my favorite games growing up.
The game is massive; it's an open world RPG where you can pretty much do whatever you want; the various fighting combos keep things interesting; and knowing which mobs are weak to which is extremely useful. The central plot is compelling. br>br>I remember playing this game without the DLCs when it was first released. I don't recall it being nearly as buggy as this one. During quests, my voice has been cut off. After cutscenes, the game has crashed on me a few times. Furthermore, the loading time is excruciatingly long. After being out for a while, I would have expected the game to play more smoothly, but that does not appear to be the case. It's a fantastic game, but be prepared to be frustrated by the bugs that were not addressed.
I used to own this game, but it was misplaced during a move. I was so desperate to get my hands on the game that I ordered it from this site, and I would have been disappointed if I hadn't. People warned me to be cautious when purchasing a game from an online retailer because there have been reports of discs failing to work or being swapped for a game for a different system in a scam, but what I received was a brand new, factory packaged Witcher game. The graphics are stunning, the storyline is well-crafted, challenges abound, and I simply adore this game.
It would have been my first time playing Witcher because I had never seen the show and had never played the game, despite seeing some clips online; however, I was unable to do so because all of the "supposedly" included DLCs were incompatible with the game. br>br>I've downloaded them all and they don't even come close to the CD. I'm assuming I got a European version because the ratings are usually written in letters, such as M, R, E, and T, rather than numbers. br>br>If I hadn't had this problem, I would have enjoyed it as well. What a let-down!.
