Most of the reviews I found for the wire version of these wireless ones outlined nothing but positive things about them. Because wired and wireless are both the same model, it makes sense that the wired and wireless would be similarly designed. The first thing I can tell you is that the audio quality on these headphones is absolutely terrific. I just got them recently and have played only a few games of call of duty black out, but I can already see why. There's a sense of being in an IMAX movie theater when the gun fires between the speaker and the gun. Mike also has a cool feature when you flip the microphone up, it automatically nudes so there are no buttons to press or things to fiddle with if you don't want to talk. My recommendation for anyone new to this market would be this headset, especially those who are new to the market themselves. Both of these are important. The microphone on the PS4 picks my voice up only half of the time, even when the Mic Sensitivity is set very high. These headphones would be a five out of five star product if the mic on the system worked properly. It is too much trouble for friends to play with, so it's not worth it if you just play with your family or friends. You can use it if you don't need the microphone, though it can be used for other purposes as well.

am very picky and read reviews religiously before selecting a new headset, so it took me weeks to decide. My favorite thing about this headset is its ease of use. Comfortable headphones are hard to find for my ears and this is one of the only ones that are. My senses tell me that the quality is excellent. Compared to my Sony golds, the range is way better. As far as I knew, I was still connected when I took the trash out to the street. There were not a lot of features from say a turtle beach, but I did not need anything extra Sound quality is excellent, as is the microphone. If there is an issue, I'll send you an update.

This is the replacement headset for my husband. His previous one was a turtlebeach headset, and it easily broke. I bought this one as a Christmas present for him, and he loves I'm afraid that he's rough on his headset). He hasn't observed any background pickup using this headset in comparison to any other headset he has previously tried. The mic is bidirectional, so it can only pick up your voice. I have heard his friends congratulate him on removing the background TV so they can hear just him and their own voices. The sound quality is splendid. The sound is good from the bass to the directionality. It's great that the mic can flip up. The headset is fantastic.
