Unfortunately, I was unable to find a game that needed a controller for the Mac. I've never had a chance to use this controller!
It is true.
In fact, the cable connector is not on the controller it simply has a slot where they would go
Since I do not use a Mac, I cannot answer your question. It's not the drivers that are the problem, but my guess is it's a problem with the drivers themselves. This is an issue with the current application because it does not map My experience with Mac would prevent me from suggesting any such applications -unfortunately I don't use it. On the windows end, what works best for me is to use another application that emulates any joystick or controller as an Xbox 360 game ( Games pick up the controller quite easily when they see it as an Xbox 360 controller instead ) I would explore XBOX 360 controller emulators for Mac.

There is some "sort of" logic to this. The analog stick and the D-pad are not used Some signals on a pad overlap with each other. There may be a problem with the wiring on mine, but if that's from the workmanship then you don't know what to expect. The dpad seems to function properly and displays 0/full values on the axes It gives 0. . . full values (not a range of values) for up/down and 0. . full values on axis 1 (overlapping the dpad) at the same time as it does the proper range out put From the stick up to the stick down, you do not get ranged values. As a result, there's no use for it.
I don't like the analog stick at all. Their description says that it was just other competitors trying to reduce their score by saying it was not good. I'm not sure if that's There are multiple issues with the analog stick, not only is it hard to use but there is no movement sensitivity either. If you press it, it will be set to 100 movements, which means you can't play any games where you are supposed to aim, walk, or balance at all. D- or lower isn't good enough to play this game If you have a Pad, you will not be able to play the game. It is 100% impossible to play games like Donkey Kong 64, 007 Golden Eye, Rugrats in Pairs, etc. It's just as easy to buy an adapter for another old controller.
It has a very smooth feel to it and does an excellent job mapping and playing whatever game you choose. Despite its attractive design, this model of USB controller for the Nintendo 64 maps the directional pad and the joystick as different inputs to your emulator. There is no way to differentiate between the directional pad and the joystick, so this controller is useless for any game that requires both controls. It is fine to map the one you need, even if the whole thing fails, if you are playing a game that does not require the two. I wish you a lot of fun playing!.
It's a good controller and there are some great buttons, but there are some glaring flaws that stopped me from playing. The pros are There is no difference in the way it feels from a normal N64 controller. It is convenient to use USB. The cons are This stick appears to be binary in its position The center of the wheel is where you are, or the edge is where you are. It follows that by pushing the stick a little or a little bit, it will have the same effect as if you pushed it all the way. Normal behavior would be for the controller/game to respond incrementally based on how far you move the stick Both the stick and the directional pad (left) share the same input system. It's not possible to map them separately because moving the stick upward is the same as moving the pad. Having no rumble feature may not be a problem for many games that don't use the control pad or use the pad and not the stick, but it's a problem otherwise. You also can't plug in a memory or rumble pack to My plan is to use a real N64 controller with it. Over the next couple of days I'll probably get a controller adapter.
When I tried to use it with my Raspberry Pi, I couldn't get it to work. The controller was sent back and I was given a working XBOX controller.
Several small adjustments are necessary to make it work properly. I was able to set it up in a matter of seconds. Plug in, open the emulator, set the buttons, and it was done. A Mac is my computer, by the way. As soon as I got home, I started working. My joystick was not working the way it should while I was playing. It was taking me a while to figure out what was going on and I pulled it out to check and there were two small plastic pieces poking out that prevented My pocket knife got out and I cut them off, I popped the joystick back in and now it functions perfectly. Despite this there is no give in how fast you go, you just stand still and run.
The Mario Kart game was alright. Nintendo 64, however, could not be played. In the world of analog sticks, it's like digging in a gravel pit with a shovel. I didn't see any gradual increase when the slider was moved, either it was on or it was Regardless, it would have made no difference since you must crank the stick in any direction so hard that landing on the desired force would be For games, it is important that the controller has a good touch and is not built in the same way as However, the buttons and d- are not working The pad all seems to work fine, but the analog stick is the most important part of the controller and it fails.
I have no problems playing Mario Kart on this joystick, it is not very precise, but it is good enough for me! Playing games that require aim (ex. The seventh point - 027) would be an uphill climb, but still possible. A D-shaped segment on the left There are also a few problems with the pad (arrow keys). There are times when the D- grades are hard to come by The arrow pads are used to register in a time-based manner. By pressing the left button, you get down as well. Overall, I am happy with the purchase, and I would buy it Currently I own 4 of these for running Mario Kart through RetroPie on a Raspberry Pi 2. It works for 4 players!.
