Questions & Answers

Pre-registration for the 2017 elections will begin What do you mean by 'orders ship from Amazon'?

As far as pre-planning is concerned It will be delivered in February 2021, based on the order I placed recently with TCA.

Do you think this will ever be offered at a price that's not double the MSRP?

The one I got at B&ampS was $169 In Feb 2021, H will be 20 years old. You may find a few places at MSRP if you do a search on it.

Are you going to sell this product when it actually becomes available? Keeping supply low on purpose is that how they inflate the price, isn't it?

A lot of orders came in at once, and they ran out of stock quickly, so they had to make There are only a few units left on the market therefore the price has been inflated. We have here the ones that people were able to buy early and then

Can you tell me how much it costs?

A retail price of $169 is included in the MSRP.

It works very well
5/5

Keep an eye on the price often if you want to get a good deal. As of August 2020, I had been using a keyboard to control the aircraft. While just a few controls on a keyboard are very frustrating, it's definitely an improvement over what I had been doing with a mouse. As soon as I got the accessory, I was excited and it really made a difference in my flight My favorite part of it is the music! Since it has been available for months at extremely inflated prices, sometimes even approaching twice the retail price, if you're interested in purchasing but you don't want to pay an exorbitant cost, you might wish to keep checking Amazon's price on a daily basis. During the time I bought it, Ebay third parties were selling it through Amazon, but few of them had positive ratings, so I kept waiting until they did. As a result of my patience, I found a vendor who was selling the product for under $100, with a rating of 95% positive. As soon as I saw it, I bought it. A few months after I purchased it, Amazon offered it for sale directly, and it was still at the original retail price! So it is wise to buy what you see at a good price from a reliable vendor as soon as possible since that price will not last It is my hope that this will be helpful. I wish you good luck when you fly. A new update It is currently available for less than $70 on Amazon as of 2/20/21. It will be delivered in early April, but won't cost more than $300. There is no better price anywhere than this if you are willing to wait.

This is a very strong, well made bag
5/5

The Sidestick I ordered on 10/6/20 arrived yesterday and I've already flown with it in MSFS2020 and the new Star Wars Rouge Squadrons game, which I just got, and I have to say this is one of the best "Joysticks" I have ever owned. I like how it does not feel cheap and how precise it is in all respects in MSFS202. I will say that the only negative I can say about the stick is the layout of its buttons. As for the numbers in the center, they are in order from Left to Right, so on the left you have 5,6,7, then below those you have reversed 10,9,8, then on the right top you have 13,12,11, then below those you have I am not sure why they weren't just going to list the numbers in logical order with 5,6,7, then 8,9,10 below those and then on the right side, have 11, 12, 13 and below those have 14, 15, 16? As I am self-taught in regards to typing, maybe it has something to do with how I type? With the way the buttons are now, it can be a little confusing to remember them. I guess it is just something I will have to get used to? Only other negative thing is that I paid twice as much as it should have been at $69 but everything was out of stock, so I just paid almost double that because of all the games that needed a flight stick coming out so soon. Hopefully the price will come down As a whole, a very good joystick and I am extremely happy I bought.

It's a bad feature to control the rudder
3/5

Initially, the left sensor of this TCA sidestick was fine, but some time later, it began Since I do not yet have rudder pedals for my FlightSim 2020 yoke, I decided to simply use the twist feature on the yoke to steer. It was barely a month after purchase before the left sensor started shorting. I cannot control my aircraft even manually when I taxi it or fly it manually, as the sensor keeps triggering it I find that very irritating. As far as I can tell, everything else works. Therefore, I will not be able to use this feature of the yoke because I ordered rudder pedals. In the event that other problems arise, I'm jumping ship and using Honeycomb instead. When you purchase this sidestick, make sure you buy rudder pedals as well.

As love is a joystick, so it is
5/5

Let me see what I can There are not enough words to describe how much I love this baby. As love is a joystick, so it is. Build of high quality. This piece of software properly runs on Microsoft Flight Simulator In the end, I'll have to pay much more as I add more pieces but that's the price I'm willing to pay for now.

Just wanted to add that the first item sent was lost in shipment, and when I contacted the company they immediately sent a replacement to me on the spot at no additional cost. A product like this is not cheap. As soon as the first one came, I contacted them, and they sent me a prepaid label, which I used to return You don't have to pay upfront for a new one there is no bullxxxx about it. It is a sign of a company that cares about its customers that they provide this level of service.

The product is overpriced and of poor quality
3/5

My stick has been with me for about 8 months, and at first, I loved it. Having a throttle quadrant was great however, the stick has become less useful From a Logitech Extreme 3D pro, I upgraded. The stick is functionally subpar even though it is a replica of a real world Airbus side stick, but the buttons on the base are really bulky and not ergonomic and sometimes hard to tell which one is which, which is not great if you're Though not much is fancy about the throttle, it is very functional. The buttons are easy to locate as there are only a few of them and they're Although it was built for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, which comes pre-set up for that game, it does work just as well with a suite of other flight sims for Windows 95. You can use Xplane11, FSX, and DCS simultaneously. As far as the throttle is concerned, I am having difficulties getting it to work on XP11, and I am finding it impossible to use it as a throttle in DCS (DCS recognizes it as a stick rather than Though I do love the stick and rarely have any problems with it, I have had a few issues. It is actually a horrible piece of junk. It is not worthy of the Thrustmaster name and it should not list for $400 I would recommend getting the warthog which works with pretty much everything or the honeycomb yoke, which is actually a more affordable product. The ThrustMaster company is soon going to issue me a refund or a replacement. Even if it weren't $400, I would say it's excellent, but its price is much too high for the performance it delivers. I had a $60 Logitech Extreme 3D pro for 6 years, which worked with every game as well as being a very sturdy and functional solution.

It is flimsy
3/5

A review I read said it was a good throttle, but the plastic it's made of is of low quality. There is no real throttle feel to it I feel like a child with a tips forward when you use it, so it is hard to keep it where you place it.

It's been a long time coming! My parcel just arrived today, after more than 3 months of anticipation
5/5

I'm so far very pleased. I am still waiting for more driver updates for the throttle quadrant in order to make it fully useful.
