My coincidence is that I own both and use both of them for a game called Star Citizen (Dual stick setup). After buying the 3D Pro a few years ago, I just got the FCS a couple of months ago. One of the major differences is the fluidity of motion from one axial direction to the next. It may not seem as important, but it had a huge impact on me when I was - Describe the gameplay. However, there are more buttons on the FCS (the 3D Pro has 6 buttons on the left side of its base while the 3D Pro has 6 on each side). Although the FCS provides a better living experience in terms of functionality, I think In case you're one of those who does not like the "thumb" rest, you can remove it and replace it with one of FCS's non-thumb rests In contrast to the thumb grip, it is an inward grip The actual stick is in line with the design. As well as this, the box contains an educational guide. Finally, I will have to say that the FCS would be a good choice for me. I'm not dissatisfied with my 3D Pro purchase, but I would immediately upgrade to a second FCS if it stops working. At the moment, the only reason I am not buying a 2nd FCS is that the 3D Pro works fine but does not feel as comfortable as my first It's an honor to be of assistance to you,,. I'm sorry I sounded like an advertiser for Thrustmaster!
The cord that ties them together does not exist. There's a USB cable for each, and if you have a game that requires them to look as one, you can use TARGET software to make them appear as one.
Elite Dangerous can now keep up with the competition. Thrustmaster HOTAS X is no longer available, but I am very happy I upgraded to this new model. After years of struggling with the joystick, I finally have a viable method. There are two friends of mine who also use this, and both of them use VR, so using a keyboard is also not an option for them. As long as this set-up is used, they no longer have to switch between anything else.

Over the past 2 years I have owned this hotas flight stick, I have loved A day later, it started acting up again. And keep in mind that I do not use this regularly, or put in an unreasonable amount of time The only thing I use it for is Elite Dangerous, and I'm a pretty casual player. The RZ-L does the following After some time, the axis (twisting motion of a yaw in flight) started moving erratically I decided to contact Thrustmaster technical support to figure out what was causing the issue. They led me down a long list of things to try and narrow it down. Ultimately, it had to do with the potentiometer inside the device. Thrustmaster offered to send me a replacement until they learned I'd owned it for more than one year, at which point they told me they couldn't help I don't think it's right that I have less than two years of use from a controller that cost me $70 when I bought it. If Thrustmaster is only supporting their product for one year, then you'd better know something isn't right. My horror at the sheer number of people who have experienced the same exact issue was evident once I started googling "T16000 RZ axis failure". It is so popular, and that Thrustmaster doesn't support it well, that there are YouTube walkthroughs -- Aside from replacement of the RZ potentiometer, multiple posts on Reddit, Frontier (Elite Dangerous), and general information about my issue, I've located multiple posts in Reddit, Frontier, and from general Web searches. Failures like this do not occur in isolation. Additionally, TM does no one any good. In my opinion, at this price point Logtiech devices are a good choice. This is a huge missed opportunity for Thrustmaster, and their lack of support has left me feeling really regretful that I bought their product. It is now creaking loudly as soon as I rise and fall. 1 star instead of 2 Buying a better joystick would be a good idea.
You will have periods where it appears to be ok for a while, then it begins to jump We've been having issues with the warranty procedure, and the company keeps asking for more info and video examples I've had my box for repair for a month now, and it's my opinion that they are trying to wait out my warranty until the end of the month so they do not have to honor They will change the review once they have completed the.
Here is how this HOTAS differs from all other HOTAS under $400 in terms of performance. The short and sweet on this is if you're looking for the best HOTAS for under $400 that allows you to move 6 degrees and can be bought for under $400, If you are looking to save some money, you can buy Thrustmaster Warthog and a set of high-quality pedals for over $400 as well as some cables, but I don't see what the difference is worth the price. *Now as for how we got here, Star Citizen and Elite Dangerous and DCS have revived the market for these HOTAS setups. For some time there were no new HOTAS setups on the market because there were no games to justify the investments made by the manufacturers. It has all changed now, and this is the first HOTAS setup that has been developed specifically for the games users are interested in. A new version of the joystick replaces the It helps that there is a 16000 that has always been available, and that didn't need changing, while the throttle is brand new and carefully designed. construction of this gamepad is excellent. Not only does its size and weight allow it to sit comfortably with your keyboard and mouse on your desk, but its weight distribution allows it to stay in place while you play, and every detail is perfect. There is a lot of overpriced stock right now--I used to own a X52, a X52 Pro, and a X55. The prices of these devices a year ago were at least $50 lower than what they are now, and they were overpriced THEN for the products they were offering. Since people were starting to buy them, Saitek just jacked up the prices. As a result of seeing the teardown of their HOTAS, I considered CH products in this category as well The quality is better than Saitek, but the price is still too high. You get what you pay for with Thrustmaster. In summary, there is no better HOTAS under $400 for the price that offers the same quality, accuracy, and functionality.
For a couple of reasons, I am hesitant to give it a 4 star rating. 2) The Z-101 was able to get going quickly Towards the flake, the axis on the stick (rotation). In an environment where there was no movement, we registered it. There are things that happen, and I wouldn't dock a star if they didn't. 1) Their support process appears to be a little slow. This is difficult. In order to resolve my issue they asked me to upload a picture of the serial number on the unit, a picture of the Amazon invoice, and a video of what the joystick control panel looked like on the screen while the issue was occurring.
