It'll work with any Boogie Board screen that isn't active. There will be some green lines. Green lines can be drawn on a Boogie Board's passive screen with almost any object, including your fingernail. However, when I used my New Nintendo 3DS XL stylus with my Boogie Board Sync, the green light did not flash. Even though lines appear on the Sync's passive screen, the active digitizer does not detect the stylus. If you try to write on a Boogie Board Sync with this stylus, you'll be able to see what you've written on the passive screen, but it won't save to the Sync's internal memory.
I have a nearly identical stylus now, and the answer is no. They barely stay in to begin with, but if you put it in with the wider part facing up, it will stay in. Unfortunately, I have yet to come across any extendable styluses for the Nintendo 2DS xl; best of luck!
Yes, these are compatible with my 3DS OOT model. In fact, they were more comfortable to wear than the official Nintendo ones.
These were purchased for my N3DSXL because the answer stated that they would fit perfectly, but they do not. It just falls out if I put it in the correct way, and it just gets stuck in the slot if I put it in the wrong way.

I purchased them to use with a couple of 3DS XLs I own (the "old" 3DS XL, not the "new" 3DS XL). The stylus is uncomfortable to use. The stylus's end is very different from the original. And it somehow manages to go further into the slot than it should. Also, they're supposed to be retractable, which is why I bought them in the first place. They are, but only to the extent that they become SMALLER. The Nintendo stylus is already too small for most people to hold comfortably, so I imagined these would expand to the size of a regular pen and then'retract' when it was time to put it back into the 3DS slot. Nope. They don't grow longer, but they do shrink. as if anyone would want such a thing! Is there a stylus for the Nintendo 3DS that is smaller?.
It's a tad short for the WiiU and 2DS, but it'll do. It fit perfectly in the three Nintendo DS systems for which it was created. Each device is shown with the new styluses and the old styluses side by side in the image. in addition to the new ones Even when held sideways, the stylus does not fall out of the 2 ds, as shown in the next to last image. The distance it goes in the WiiU gamepad can be seen in the last photo. It is difficult to remove, which can be beneficial.
I was concerned that when fully extended, these would be flimsy, but they are actually quite sturdy. The only issue is that the end of the stylus does not match the New 3DS XL stylus exactly. This one is flat, while the previous one was curved to fit the device. As a result, it will fit into the stylus slot backwards and may become stuck for a short time. br>br>They work fine now that I've gotten used to inserting them with the right side up into the stylus slot.
telescoping styluses at a reasonable price. I'm not convinced they're made of metal at all - They must be made of a very soft metal, at the very least. Nonetheless, they are a cost-effective substitute for missing manufacturer-supplied 3DS styluses, and they "clip" securely into both the 3DS and 3DS XL stylus slots. It's nice that it comes in a variety of colors, but I'm a little anal, and it irritates me that none of the stylus colors match the hue of standard 3DS faceplate colors. The pieces that allow for telescoping movement are also not very smooth, but that was a problem with the original Nintendo styluses as well, so I can't say it's any worse or better.
I bought these because my four and five-and-a-half-year-olds are always playing on my Nintendo 2DS, and I wanted to make sure I had extras in case they lost them. They're a perfect fit, and my kids adore the color! I'm actually going to buy a second set because, well, kids lose things! Although the metal appears to be softer than it should be, it does not appear to be breaking off in my hand. These have never let me down.
I have a bad habit of misplacing my 3DS styli from time to time. This stylus set is great because it comes with a variety of color telescopic styli that fit the 3DS (and lock in like the factory one). The following are my two major grievances: br>The telescopic movement is stiff and appears to have a high risk of breaking or malfunctioning, and the stylus paint is cheap and peels off quickly, revealing the underlying metal. br>br>Overall, it's a useful product for people who have a habit of misplacing their belongings.
They actually stay put in my Nintendo 2DS and fit perfectly. The color scheme is lovely. I like that the pen's tip is attached rather than being made of cheap white plastic that easily breaks off. Because these styluses work so well, I'll probably keep using them. I believe it is a great price for such a good product.
"Falls out of the slot, doesn't stay in, etc. ," according to other reviewers. " However, the paint on the stylus I use the most is chipping off, and I have a feeling the others will as well. The color choices are great, and all of the sylus' feel high quality, ALTHOUGH the paint is chipping off on the stylus I use the most, and I have a feeling the others will as well. I, on the other hand, am unconcerned about it.
