Is it possible for me to use the foam insert from this in one of your Switch cases? On each side, I'd like one of each.?

Because the foam adheres to the case so well, the end result is likely to be unsatisfactory. Attempting to remove the foam from the case would most likely cause it to rip.

Is it possible to change the background image of the case?

It is not possible to alter the image in any way - It's printed on the case itself.
