As far as I know, they will also run on C64. You can use these on the Amiga as well as the Atari ST. While I do not anticipate much use of the second button (if any at all).

It can only be used with the original Sega console no other systems are compatible.

My chew toy was clearly chewed In order to connect this to my RetroPie box, I plan to purchase an adapter. There are dozens of D-types It did not work on my C64, but it was erroneous, so I am going to remove it. After trying several different joysticks, I eventually decided to stick to a regular joystick.
