The inside of the bit is too large, and it fits over the screw and neatly into the hole in my SNES cartridges, but it just spins and spins, with the screw not turning at all

This must be a defective item, because everything I've read says it's the correct size bit for the job, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. But, oh well, it's a waste of $10.
