Plastic is used to make fruits and vegetables. Cast metal is used to make pots and pans. It's a lovely set-up, and my daughter adores it.

Is it possible that I missed something in the description that said this was for 18" dolls, not toddlers? The image is deceiving in many ways. The fries, burgers, hotdogs, and other food items are all MICRO toys. Smaller than the other food, which is a "normal" size for a play food, but still on the small side. It doesn't make any sense. Pots and pans, like other toy sets, are much smaller. My 2-year-old can't even hold the small knife to "slice" the food because it's too small. I'd send this back right away if my toddler hadn't already seen what was inside and was excited about anything she could play with. To compare sizes, see the photo. When compared to the size of the items included in this disappointing purchase, the larger items look like normal sized play kitchen sets.
This set is adorable, and it includes a lot of different items. My niece absolutely loved it, and the variety of items is also pretty good. However, the quality is borderline poor; right out of the box, some of the velcro was either not glued or simply fell off the pieces, and the small french fries comes apart in two pieces, the fries and the base; my niece is 18 months old, and I still put that piece away because she might choke on it; and the metal utensils were also put away; it's been over a month and this set hasn.
The play food is of a reasonable size, with the pot holding about four pieces. The pieces of fast food in the game are noticeably smaller. For toddler hands, the cooking utensils are a bit small. br>It appears that the stainless steel is of high quality. The cleaver is made of stainless steel as well, though it isn't sharp. br>It's no surprise that the cost of the product has decreased! It's all about the details.
I am convinced that I have been duped. The item was depicted in such a way that it appeared to be life-size to a child, but when it arrived, I discovered that they are quite small. The sandwiches, for example, are about the same size as my Apple Watch, which measures 33 mm. The pots and pans, as well as the spatulas, are of poor quality; they're easily bendable, but they're slightly larger than the food, which is inexplicable.
When using Velcro halves, be cautious. My daughter adores it because it is of excellent quality. Just be cautious when separating the Velcro halves for the first time. Because the other side wasn't sticking well, one of our team members removed it. It was a simple fix for us. My daughter appears to be content. It gives her the impression that she's in the kitchen. She enjoys being able to prepare the vegetables.
The only complaint I have is that the sandwiches are difficult to pull apart and break fairly easily, but the rest of the food and kitchen appliances are fantastic. We were constantly "eating. ".
He particularly enjoys food that can be "cut" in half (due to the Velcro in the middle). It's obviously not of the highest quality, but I think it's a good deal for the money.
I was very dissatisfied with the size of the pots. It should say "made for Barbie" or something similar. They're not very big.
