Purchased the M&M's at a lower price After purchasing D set first, I bought this set, which included the menu and additional scoops/toppings, believing that my kids would love playing with it. In these two sets, there are different kinds of ice cream and you can interchange the pieces. They are both M&M A bigger set only needs more pieces to be complete. D sets are well made, but they can be used more often if they are larger.
Neither magnets nor wires are used in this set. Although the ice cream sticks to the plastic scoop, it is not a big problem When the plastic portion of the scoop clicks in and holds it in place, it usually stays in place for a while.
