In the end, I bought two microwaves from Amazon and they've been working well. My grandkids are three and five years old and rough on toys, but these little microwaves keep working fine. You may be able to get away with a different one if you can exchange yours.
There is a strong plastic material used in this microwave. There is no metal or wood in this collection. This is an excellent piece of art. The perfect combination of strength and durability. The book is very popular with my granddaughter. In order for the food to be ready, the wheel inside of the clock spins and a ding sounds when the cooking is complete. The money you spent was well worth it!

In addition to being broken, it does not have an on and off switch, so even if it turns on, there is no way to turn it off it will just continue to run until it breaks. Secondly, I feel as if the price I paid for it should be about $10 less. It really can't be used the way it was meant to be. It's just so upsetting that my child really wants it to turn on and spin things inside.
The item my son had was similar to this one from a store, eh, but it rhymed with tall- During a move, my cart got lost & I have to seek this out again In need of a replacement, he wanted one immediately. This is the second one I found on here since the big store where I got the first one has discontinued carrying it. Although I paid twice as much as I had originally paid and it was a different brand, There's nothing wrong with it. There is nothing wrong with the light or turntable, it's just that it's so small and expensive for what it is, but good luck finding one cheaper. The overall result is that my little one is very.
The old play microwave door broke off while I was using it. I got this to replace it. Everything is fine with it. Closing the door causes the door to stick slightly. There may be times when you have to open and close the door again in order to get it to work. As soon as the microwave moves, it stops working. A light on the inside is a nice feature to bring it to life. I do wish it were white instead of red for a more contrasting look. It is harder to see because of the red. Overall, this is a good microwave for children to have since it is functional.
We are extremely disappointed that Santa brought this to my son for Christmas. Only for a few minutes did it work properly. On the microwave, the timer and buttons work, but the table does not turn when you push start, nor does the interior light up when you push start. A defect evidently exists with this microwave. It's a shame since my son's eyes lit up when he opened the door. The product is being returned, and we'll purchase a different brand in the future and pray that it doesn't turn out the same way as this one.

Less than an hour passed before it started working again. Our team thought we had a trick up our sleeves. But it doesn't work most of the time, you have to spin the pink thing, press one button, then press start. The only thing it does now is to press a button once, start it, and it goes straight back I can't see the light, don't see the spinning, nor can I hear the countdown timer. A microwave has been asked for by my grandson, who asked for it out of nowhere this year. The sound making one and the light making one.
