Despite its small size, this cart is super For that reason alone, it's a great deal since it comes with so much food. However, for the price, it is really cute, but I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. Based on this item, I would say Melissa and Doug is not a superior brand. They have a higher price point than most brands, so I've always assumed their products must be truly superior. Comparatively speaking, this cart is quite flimsy, especially in comparison with KidKraft goods. I have purchased many KidKraft products in the past and they are large and sturdy, but this cart feels flimsy. I was very pleased with the construction until I got to a few of the steps where I noticed the holes had been drilled about half an inch too deep. When the night before Xmas you have to carefully create a small screw hole in particle board, it's a pain in the rear! I would have had this assembled in 25 or 30 minutes if those misdrilled holes hadn't plowed through. Up until then, it had been super easy. In my opinion, this is the best food cart if your kid really wants one. With all the extra food it comes with, there is no reason not to buy it. KidKraft's products should be your first choice if your child is active, rambunctious or rough with toys. They will last three times longer than quality toys.

In the past few months, I kept toying with this ice cream and hot dog cart after my daughter played with it in a local toy store. As soon as Christmas came around, I decided to deal with it. Just because it's a more expensive item and I wasn't sure whether my daughter would maintain the same level of interest she showed at the store, I was concerned. Despite the fact that it has been nearly 4 months, she and her younger brother still interact with it regularly. The item is well made and well thought out, as is typical of all Melissa and Doug products. Except for the little bell to ring, the device does not emit any annoying noises. Hotdogs and buns (with toppings and ketchup and mustard bottles) as well as popsicles, soda cans, frozen ice, and ice cream sandwiches are included. Almost all of my daughter's items fit into the drawers of the cart. Before sending orders to her "customers", she organizes the drawers. The sign on the front of the cart and the awning can be flip-flopped so that the cart can be used as a hot dog cart OR as an ice cream cart, although we usually combine Prices are listed next to the items, so you can pretend to pay with a toy cash register if you have one. The kids usually play with this alongside my younger son's Fisher Price Food Truck, and they both get to eat the food items they have created, as well as gain a new friendship. Also, we have some toy plates for our kitchen which we mix in with our other things. Food can sometimes be provided for stuffed animals and dolls on picnics. Both of my kids enjoy playing with it and it has come in handy and I would buy it again, even though it does take up some space in the playroom.

The ice cream stand/hot dog stand that Melissa and Doug offers is a favorite of my 3 year-old twins. Anyone familiar with Melissa and Doug knows the quality and thought that goes into every product. You really get a lot of food with it, so it's definitely worth the price. Popsicles could be separated by velcro, ketchup and mustard had little sticks that came out when you turned the containers upside down to mimic ketchup or mustard, and ice cream sandwiches mixed and matched with various flavors by velcro. Additionally, the stand has a little plexiglass sliding panel across the top, so it looks just like a real food stand. It truly rolls as well. It is exciting to see the level of detail that goes into these toys.

This is a family favorite. My 10 year old son and 5 year old son often participate in the fun. I and my husband have been forced to eat many different types of hotdog and ice cream cookie creations, some of which are delicious and some of which are gross. We have also been summoned from across the house by the sounds of the bell announcing the opening of the food stand. The purchase was an excellent one without any.

Broken, but not destroyed. Toys by Melissa & Doug are my favorite for all my children since the quality is unparalleled. However, they managed to get me this time. If only it had not arrived broken, the ice cream/hotdog stand would've been great. Over a month ago, we ordered it and it has been storing in our possession Our shipping notice was delivered two days before the big day, so we took it out of the box to put it together two days before the event, and we found one of the rails on the side broken, and there were no holes drilled like in the instructions. This was the center of my 3-year-old's Christmas gift this year, so we had to make due and fudge it to meet his needs. This was an extremely high priced item that I was disappointed in.

Is your infant sister? Purchase it at your own risk. An insane price, even when a discount is applied. The brand used to bother me because I bought broken sets that ended up in the trash too often but when I noticed that it was on sale while my kid was happy, I was lured by how my kid enjoyed the The pieces were curved, broken, chipped, cracked, and didn't stand up well. Even though the assembly is simple to understand, it That box looks like it was put together by someone else. A piece of furniture takes too long to make, especially if it's faulty. Toy is essentially a crate with two sticks that ring a sign, within which is a bin that houses the sign. I don't understand why the assembly is screwed up. In reality, the "40 pieces of food" consisted of only a handful of cardboard juice boxes (hey, I can get those from junk mail), followed by a few (main event) nice wood treats, which consisted of a sandwich divided into quarters. As well as plastic tops, 1/40 also applies to them. Although it wouldn't have taken much time and money, I would have been better off by buying a few different snack sets, setting up a sign on a painted clevercrate, large organizer, etc. It is currently the case that only the wooden ice cream sandwiches and hotdogs will survive if you happen to have very young children There is a problem with it if they want to push it around, as it is insufficiently strong to withstand collision damage. To me, it seems like when you compare the toy to all the other ways you can provide kids with this play experience instead of people giving it a pass because their kids like playing with it - With food, you gain perspective and can come up with many more creative ways to play that are much more valuable.
